The Nealeys are the absolute BEST! They are always extremely friendly, and do a great job explaining to me anything going on with my vehicle. Some mechanics seem to use big words, and it sounds like theyre speaking in a foreign language, but AJ and Stephanie always talk to me in a way that I can understand what is going on and are always happy to answer any questions I may have. They also make things extremely easy, should my car need to be in there for more than a day, with having a loaner vehicle available for my convenience. They go above and beyond, and always make me feel like I am important, and not just another customer. They do such a great job with my personal vehicle, that they now manage my companys fleet vehicles...and I will be a forever customer.

I recently had my pick up truck in for some minor maintenance that was recommended. This included replacing the fluids in my diffs, transfer case, and transmission. Although I knew to perform this as a precautionary I had not expected my truck to shift like butter once I received it back. It was so smooth and quiet I felt like I had a new truck all over again. I though some minor noise and the occasionally clunky shift was just a characteristic of the truck. I am very pleased with the service and the work that was performed. It was also explained that because of my mileage I qualify for coverage on the components serviced. I dont know of any other shops that offer this! Ill definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Nealey Auto Service once again has reinforced my belief in shopping local. Just because they operate out of a small shop doesnt mean that they dont provide the best service. AJs knowledge of cars is outstanding and it is matched by his use of technology to provide the best service to his customers. As I waited for my service to be completed I received an email with detailed pictures and updates on the condition of all the major systems of my vehicle. I now know not only what my car needed but what to expect in the future and I can make accurate budgeting decisions to be prepared. My vehicle has over 110,000 miles currently and I am positive that with the help of AJ and Stephanie it will reach 200,000!

Ive been going to AJ for a couple of years for service and repairs on my Civic Hybrid and have been impressed each and every time by the professionalism and outstanding service I receive. AJ and Stephanie go out of their way to ensure that I understand the work that they are doing and why, they follow-up to ensure everything is working properly, and they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are looking for an honest, highly qualified, professional mechanic, you just found him. Pro-tip: If you go around Christmas, AJs mom makes some kind of candy/bark creation that is to die for!

AJ has been servicing my cars for years. I always trust his diagnosis and recommendations. Now he and his wife have partnered to really blow away my normal expectations. They go above and beyond to provide thorough explanations of issues and offer very competitive pricing. They even saved me money the last time I visited them. They arent your average "throw money at the problem" kind of place where you just pay for parts you may not need. Ive never been back twice for the same issue, ever! I cannot say enough good things about their work or level of professionalism.

Nealeys has Amazing customer service and did a fantastic job on my car. I had to get the safety inspection done on my car and even though it required a good amount of work, Kenny walked me through everything that I needed and why along with the pricing. AJ and Stephanie are the best! I trust them completely with work on my own car, and theyve certainly done plenty, but I came here to say they deserve some kind of medal for dealing with my dads truck. He hadnt cleaned it in literal YEARS, and after he had the truck serviced by AJ, when we picked it up it was sparkling clean and had even been detailed inside. Thank you for cleaning my dads disgusting truck! It was terrible and he wouldnt let me clean it! You are angels!!
