Ive dealt with this company and gotten good service in the past. But for some reason, theyve made me wait five weeks to get my LCD backup screen repaired. When I call to find out the status of the repair order, the service manager is either never available or doesnt return my calls. When I finally went into the shop two weeks ago to find out what was going on, they told me they were in the process of ordering the part. But no one has ever gotten back with me to let me know the part has arrived and my car is ready for repair. Am I supposed to think it takes that long to receive a part? Ive never experienced such poor service, anywhere. I do not understand it either as they have been good to me in the past. Perhaps its because this repair is technically out of their league and they dont want to admit it. But if thats the case, they should have told me, and not left me hanging for five long weeks.

Ive been going to Accurate for some time now and I have to say that every single time my expectations have been completely exceeded. The level of service and detail is paramount compared to other shops (including the nearby Acura dealer). David and company treat their customers as family and always seem to go above and beyond when the situation doesnt require it. We had a rough start with accurate auto. If you have a time sensitive item you need to make sure you stay on them. That being said, after some issues we had, the owner took over and everything went smoothly after that - the truck runs great now and the work was very reasonable.
