I really dont know whats up with this company. When you call you get redirected to an outsourced customer service number. When you ask the customer service person for the contact information of someone at the company they say they dont have it because they "communicate with Tag Electric via fax" (LOL). When you ask for the fax number they wont give it to you "because my supervisor said not to". This company operates exactly like the Israeli locksmith scammers (google it).
