Steve Breighner is an ABSOLUTE terrible business owner. After scheduling my first appointment with this company a technician had come to my home, only to charge for an extra half hour that he was not here. I had three simple tasks, of which only two were actually completed. The technician said he was going to caulk an electrical box outside before he left and he did not do this. Rather than argue with the tech I simply called Steve (the owner) and asked if he could have his tech come back out and finish the job I paid for. I had an electrical box that was not caulked and a light that was fixed but the dimmer still did not work. Steve sent out another tech, and at this point I was pleased with the transaction because I assumed it was an in and out job. After his second tech came to fix the issues I paid for the first time, Steve had called me and tried to charge me another service charge of 75.00 plus the cost of the switch. He became irrational immediately calling me a cheap a$$, and cursing at me telling me he was going to take me to court. He then proceeded to text me and continue his degrading comments while telling me I was going to pay for it if I did not pay the fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I own a business of my own, and when a client is not pleased because the work was not completed you take the loss handle it on the back end but ensure customer satisfaction. I hope this review helps because NO owner should ever speak to customers the way he has to me.

I also wish I had read the reviews. The technician that came out was very nice but the work I needed done isnt completed. He accidentally drilled a hole in my wall and wanted to come back and charge me more to fix it. My outdoor outlet that was replaced was supposed to be caulked and that was never done. The technician also arrived late and took so long to get supplies from Lowes (which is right up the street) that Im assuming he must have also gotten lunch. He also had a helper come for one hour, but I was billed for 2 hours. At the end of the day the technician was in my home for 6 hours but they are billing me for 8 hours plus 2 hours for a helper that I KNOW wasnt here more than an hour. I also supplied some materials to save some money but on my bill it just says "Materials" and a fee, so I cant even be sure what I got charged for. The owner wasnt rude when I called to question my bill, and he did reduce it a small amount which I appreciate, but overall Im not happy to have work that isnt completed, a hole in my wall (in addition to the expected one) and a $700 dollar bill.

I wish I had read the reviews before I even contacted this company. I called last Friday and left a message, requesting a written estimate to have our breaker box brought up to code. We had recently been told by another company that it could run in excess of $6,000 so we wanted a second opinion. The owner, I assume, returned my call - at 8am on Saturday morning! I dont know about you, but my husband and I like to sleep in on our weekends. The man could not stop hacking into the phone and seemed to have a problem understanding what it was we wanted done. I made an appointment for today, Tuesday, between 10 & 11am. Meanwhile, I had the opportunity to schedule another company but they needed the same time so I had to wait for them to call me with their next availability. On Tuesday, Breighners never showed. They also never called. I waited for 2 hours, losing an entire morning at work, for nothing. This company does not know the meaning of the word "integrity". Speaking of integrity, did the owner actually leave his own 5-star review!!??

I recently had a horrible experience with this company. They did the work, which I thought was ok. A couple of weeks later I got my bill. The bill was very vague and I thought it was high for the time they had spent at my home. (I was charged by the hour plus "materials".) I felt that I had been overcharged and called to ask about it. I spoke to Steve Breighner himself. When I questioned the charge (which I did politely), he quickly became irritated and rude. He, in no certain terms, called me a liar and said that "I was a problem". He was also referring to me as "sweetheart" in a VERY demeaning way. By the end of our phone call I was in tears. I will NEVER give this nasty mans company another dollar! I usually dont leave reviews - especially bad ones, but I feel like people should be warned in this case. Being overcharged (which I still feel I was) is one thing, but being disrespected and mistreated is crossing the line!

Very happy with Steve and his employees! We had a major incident this past Monday evening at our business in Dallastown, Pa when a met-ed electric pole fell over from rot and destroyed all of the electric on our building. The force of the pole falling pulled the meters, electric boxes, wiring and the masts from our building. I called Steven at 9pm and he was on location within 30 minutes. I was very impressed he assesed the situation and explained everything to me, the next morning he and a crew were onsite very early to get started and worked onsite for over 12 hours straight. They worked very hard to get our business up and running as quickly as possible. End result is Im very happy with all the work they completed and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Steve and crew great job!
