I Called Mister Sparky to help me with what I thought was a minor electrical problem. The lady that helped me on the phone was very plesant and informative. She gave me a 2 hour window for my appointment and sent me an email confirmation.(which I liked very much) The electrician arrived well with in the agreed to time frame, and discussed with me the nature of my problem. I explained that the lights in our rec room had been cutting on and off intermittently. He went about his business and started his investigation. Well he open up our circuit breaker panel and the problem was that the panelbox had a few burned out breakers and was begining to melt or so it looked to me. He was able to give me a price and start the job right then! He had all of the parts on his truck and stayed late that evening to complete the project. I was very impressed with Mister Sparky and thank Victor for going the extra mile to complete the repairs that same day. I wish they did plumbing too!

I just had the best experience with Mister Sparky. I submitted a random inquiry last night with our problem. Kathy was quick to reach back out, left a voicemail and send a follow up email with lots of detail about how their pricing and visits work. They were able to book a same-day appointment for me and my two electricians, Victor and Jose, were awesome. They answered all my questions, walked me through the issues and their diagnosis. They went above and beyond to help me fix everything and made sure I understood what happened. I also thought their prices were fair. They dont charge by the hour, so I didnt feel like they were rushing or that I had to stress about them working faster. I will definitely be calling this company again if I have an issue in the future.

Do not let these people into your house!! Their "electrician" said he "fixed" a faulty outlet, but then he, himself, started another fire in the same outlet! I was told later that he was "under review" but they did nothing to fix his botched job. We are tenants and our landlord uses only Mr. Sparky, much to our dismay and displeasure. The office staff is rude and condescending, which has added insult to injury in our situation. Also, they refuse to comply with county regulations, interpreting the countys words in their own way, which results in them cutting corners. Do not let these people into your house.
