Tri-Star has gone beyond the call of duty! I had ceiling fans installed by the builder and started to have issues with one of the fans. The store where I bought the fans has a relationship with Tri-Star so I called Tri-Star to fix the fan. Tri-Star has done everything they can do to get the fan to appropriate working order - it took several visits but it is finally done. I was charged for the first visit but not the subsequent visits so Tri-Star was more than fair in terms of their charge for repair. While they were here, they looked at my other fans as well to confirm they all had the appropriate screws and bolts and did find problems with two other fans and they way they were installed. Their approach to customer service is great and I have other work needing to be done and will be using Tri-Star for sure.

I wish they allowed me to give a business six stars. Tristar Electric would be the only organization that I have worked that qualifies for the 6th star!!!! My wife and I had a challenging job ahead of us." We hired Tristar electric and the team to add motion/security lighting, install recessed lighting, install outside lighting, and do general work inside the house. Tristar Electric came here on time with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for their work. They were quick and innovative. They were constantly interacting with me to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted. What a great experience! Anyone who hires them is lucky!!!

Just had these guys over to do some wiring in the house. They showed up right when they said they would. Had things wired up very quickly. The guys were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing. Ill call them again. Their communication was excellent too. When I first called, I asked if they could do the work the next day. They said they were booked, but that theyd call around noon and let me know if they might be able to fit it in because things might go quickly. Right around noon, they called just as they said they would.

I just had the best experience with TriStar and have to share! I got in a bind with getting my pool to pass inspection from electrical work I hired another electrician for. Brendan in TriStars pool department came to my house assessed the situation thoroughly and provided me a an affordable remediation plan. I hired TriStar and passed inspection immediately. I found myself a new electrical company and I highly recommend them if you are in need of an electrician. Thanks TriStar and a special thanks to Brendan!!!!

TriStar did a great job replacing circuit breaker boxes in my house and my garage, running two new external sockets, re-routing the electric meter power cables coming into the house, and running new underground power lines for the garage which is separated from the house by 50 feet. From the job estimate done by the owner, to the care and responsiveness of the office crew chief, to the courteous and professional workers, everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them in the future.

I was very impressed with Tristar Electric. I needed to resolve an issue in my electric panel for a home inspection to satisfy the buyers request for service. I spoke with Dave, described the problem and he was quick to diagnose the problem and site newer code changes that I could easily understand. The tech Javier showed up the next day on time and corrected the problem. Javier was professional and quite friendly. I would not hesitate to call Tristar again. Very good experience ! They cannot accommodate with any schedule, wouldnt even give it a try. We had to call them constantly even though they had been assigned by Lowes for a job that another company was too incompetent of doing (TriStar Electric ended up with the reassignment) and we had to initiate the conversation about scheduling and keep following up with them. I would not do business with them even if that means I have to call a distant contractor and pay for their travel time.

TriStar is awesome!! A track light that I brought from Ikea about 8 years ago stopped working. After replacing the light switch I realized it was the light itself. Ikea no longer makes this model. It was very difficult to find a similar track light that matches the décor of my kitchen. TriStar replaced the transformer and now the light is working as good as new. Candice Malone Columbia, MD

Was given a 2 hour window. The electrician called when he was on the way. The electrician was on time and could not have been nicer. He did great work, worked fast and cleaned up behind himself. I could not be more satisfied.
