Company responded when needed and both plumber and HVAC technician fixed issues timely. Had one issue in that I called and scheduled a technician to come on a Sunday (after hours and charged emergency fee which I didnt mind) however the problem was that the technician was dispatched on the Saturday before to my home and became annoyed when I sent him away as I was unavailable to correct issues on that day. I am not sure where the glitch happened that he arrived on the Saturday instead of the Sunday. Also the components to fix issues are very expensive through this company. As a reference, I was charged >$100 for a Temperature/pressure relief valve through this company and was charged $20 for the same type of valve that was replaced 2 months earlier at a different spot on my plumbing system through a different company on my wood boiler furnace. I had an emergency fix so I paid the price. The 4/5 star rating is that if you do choose this company, they are reliable and knowledgeable in responding and fixing issues on whatever your home needs are (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) however they get knocked a star for the prices and whatever glitch occurred in the system that dispatched an employee on a weekend day he didnt have to come on and I was unavailable on.

$$$$ - Highly overpriced and not transparent in their fees. My card was charged before even knowing what exactly I was being billed for. They didnt even have an invoice prepared when I called for information, so I basically just received an arbitrary exorbitant charge to my credit card. It would be nice to have been given a heads up prior to charging me. To top it all off, they ran my card twice! It has been a week and Im still waiting for them to resolve this. Absolutely terrible! Thanks for nothing but frustration, inconvenience, and no concern for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They may have been good in the past, but this company is terrible now. Any positive reviews must be from employees or folks that dont know that they have been ripped off.

Tommy T from SECCO Home Services & Pronto Plumbing was awesome to work with. He educated me on many areas of my home, answered all my questions, was friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with him so much, that if I ever need their service again, I will be requesting him as my technician. Ive been burned by a "well known" basement waterproofing service, in which I am reminded of every month when the payment is made and everytime it rains, I find myself in the basement with mop and bucket. This experience with them has left me very uneasy with trusting a contractor, however I am so glad Pronto Plumbing sent me Tommy. Sure, the service is a little pricey (what isnt these days), but well worth the piece of mind. Thank You & Great Job Tom!

I had appointment at 3pm. No one call or show up by 5pm. When I called them they said they would charge me extra for emergency service since its past 5pm. I told them I had appointment, ist you guys running late it not my fault. Why would I pay more, if your previous appointment took longer. I talk to Jennifer she was not helpful at all. So I made complain. Perry called me back with no solution. He was pretending that he has no idea whats going on with it. He was rude and unprofessional. Finally I wasted 4 days for waiting from them and got nothing done. I called Davidleroy company, They came same day and fix within half hour. Dont make people fool. There are bunch of Jerks...ready to swallow your bunch of money for nothing.

I already wrote a review under my name...Ron Wilkins. But, Ill do it again. SECCO installed a MItzubishi mini-split HVAC system in our cape cod house. SEcco services and the people are outstanding, but I cant say the same for Mitsubishi product. I didnt have a good experience with the plumbers. They came in June for a free plumbing inspection and service. I needed 2 old valves eliminated. I said I couldnt do it that day and will he come back the following Monday. OK he said. Here it is the middle of October and Im still waiting. Update. The plumber came and replaced a shut-off valve and new sink faucet. $1400..............can you believe that? Good work, but they are waaaayyyyy too expensive.

10 days ago, I called because the drain pipe that they installed 2 years ago had cracked and needed to be replaced. I made a reserved appointment for 3:30 today (what they said was their last appointment time), and had to leave work early to get home for that appointment. They left me a message at 3:15 to tell me that they could have someone to my house in 45 minutes. I returned their call at 3:20 when I got home, only to find that they had sent the technician somewhere else. The woman I spoke with didnt seem to know I had an actual appointment, and wanted to reschedule for the same time tomorrow. No thank you, Ill call someone else!

Dustin S from SECCO Home Services & PRONTO Plumbing arrived on time, He was friendly, courtious and professional. Dustin was very knowedgeable and quickly identified the problem we were having with our sewer line. I have had problems with this line for years but Dustin was the first plumber to diagnose the actual problem. We will followup with our insurance to pursue with the necessary work. I appreciate Dustins assistance and his knowledge without his knowledge of insurance, I dont know that I would have been aware the repairs would likely be covered by my homeowners insurance. Thank-you Dustin!

Wow! Great receptionist (Jackie) on the phone. She spelled out exactly what would happen . . and it did!!! Tommy showed up, looked at the problem with my bathroom sink hot water valve, told me up-front exactly what it would cost and offered me several money saving options. He then identified the part needed, located the part a few miles away and ordered it delivered to my home. The correct part showed up, Tommy showed me how it worked, installed it, tested it thouroughly, cleaned up as if he had never been here and processed my credit card on his phone. Like I said, "Wow!"

Overpriced!!!! $EVERLY OVERPRICED!!!!! Was quoted $1100.00 on a job that took less than 2 hours to do by my regular plumber. Secco plumber called their office and thats what they told him to charge for the job. My plumber out of Hershey charged us $127.00 and that was to replace 16 feet of copper pipe, 3 copper elbows, and an outdoor faucet that froze over winter. The 99 dollar drain clean out was a hurry up job as well. They did not even use an auger to clear it the whole way. The Tech just kept shoving his camera through to make an opening. Be warned!!
