AMAZING Customer Service. I contacted Wilcox Electric after a heating company was unable fix an oil heater that was not working at my Aunts home. I spoke with Crystal at the office on January 2 and was advised that she had to speak with her technician to see what time he would be available to meet us. She called back immediately and advised that Steve (the owner) would be able to meet us at the house in the late afternoon. We arrived at the home at 5:30pm and found that the home had been broken into. Steve patiently waited with us (outside in the snow) while the police arrived and checked the home. Once we were allowed to enter the home, he was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes, where the heating company was unable to in a few hours. He then offered to assist us in boarding up the broken window and securing the home. Unfortunately, we were still waiting for the police to complete their report. The police finished their report and left. Steve saw them leave and returned to help us board up the house. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this company for going above and beyond when many would have just left us to wait for the police. The rates were VERY reasonable as well. I will definitely be contacting them for ALL electrical issues in the future.

I called Wilcox electricity during a holiday weekend when everyone else was closed or would not accept emergencys because my power went out. I had never called Wilcox before and was not a previous customer. Not only did he stop what he was doing to help walk me through a problem, he also did it free of charge. Everything was back to normal in 15 minutes. That was excellent customer service. I refuse to use another electrician in the DMV area. I highly recommend him. Fair and ethical!

I called Steve late Friday evening asking for help as I had lost total electrical power in my house. He was out of town but found someone to come to my house to restore power. Through-out the process he kept in-touch, assessing the situation at every step. Even though this was an emergency his price did not reflect this. I highly recommend Steve.
