I had planned this for a week was so excited. I walked in the door and no one greeted me. I walked over to a young lady who was helping someone else and asked her if she would help me after she was done with the person,she said sure. OK so the employee did help me. I asked her to show me how to do the smokey eye look. She had the look on her that day. I was told right off the start that she can not do both eyes...I never asked her too. She told me that another girl that worked there was good at the smokey eye. I said to her so are you your eyes look very nice. so now im feeling like ok she really does not was to do this. not feeling so excited anymore at this point!!! She gets done my ONE eye and its not a smokey eye but at this point who cares. Time to pick out some makeup she walked around to help and then I turn to ask her a question and dam she was helping someone else. Now im at the register my total is $105.00,I give her a coupon for $3.50 and she says you cant use that. Really people !

This store is horrible. I was planning on spending probably $100+ here and soon as I walked in a) there was no greeting b) when I asked questions they said if have to wait because theyve got things they need to do c) one girl told me that there were no sample and if I wanted to know what it was like to just buy it. Then finally I went to check out and my coupon (from the magazine) didnt scan. She told me not to worry about it and that I could come back later and she would refund the 20% back to me. This happened before and I know for a fact that its not how stores work. So I told her she could have fun putting the items back and that I was not paying for them, nor was I coming back. And on a side note, I found broken glass on the floor and when I told the lady she said she wasnt a janitor? I work in a different companys store myself, we do not have janitors, if something breaks we clean it up. The service is horrible here and if you plan on getting high end products just go to Sephora.

First time I went there was to get homecoming make up done, and it was okay. Second time was to get my prom make up done. Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I was horrified by the result. I asked for a smokey eye. She gave me an all peach eyeshadow, all the way up to my eyebrow. It looked so harsh! Then the eye liner was glitter color. Now, I would have stopped this, but I wasnt allowed to look till the end. The eyebrows, I dont even understand what she did but they were not my color, not my shape, and not even an eyebrow anymore. The contouring, Im white. She contoured me like I had a dark skin tone it was not even blended. I looked so bad with orange face, orange lips and eyes. This lady was so happy with the end result. I couldnt help.but cry it was so bad. I had to go home and completely change the entire look.

I can NEVER seem to get any help from any employee in this Ulta. I can walk around the store for the longest time until I can get someone to help me find/talk about a product. Besides being unhelpful, theyre extremely rude. I made a return once on an unopened product and the girl at the cash register laughed at me for returning it. She acted like I was weird for not wanting it. Shortly after, the same employee put the returned item back on the shelf while I was looking around at other products and then she told me, "Im going to make sure you dont buy this one!". So unprofessional...I will not return to this Ulta! Im sticking with Sephora.

The workers here are extremely unprofessional. Ive taken my girlfriend here many times and we were never greeted once. One lady laughed at my girlfriend when returning a product, later making snarky remark about returning it. When I take my girlfriend here we are stuck there so much longer than we need to be because we cant find anyone to help us. Getting ahold of a worker here is almost impossible. We no longer spend our money here.

Ive had bad experience at hair salons, so terrifying i never wanted to go back. I got enough courage to check out Ulta beauty salon. I walked in and the salon is so nice and clean. The hair dresser i had, Amanda was so polite and out going. I was happy all together with the turn out of my highlights and cut. i couldnt have asked for a better result on how my hair turned out! Very impressed. i recommend everyone to go to this salon!

The best salon ever! I wont go anywhere else. Salon manager and the best hair stylist Amanda Agosta never lets me down. She is amazing at getting the perfect color for you. Everyone needs to come see Amanda at ulta in Salisbury, MD. You wont be disappointed. I would give her 10 star rating if I could. Thank you for always keeping my hair on point.
