Definitely hit or miss based on service provider. The front desk service has always been marginal (at the very best times). Ive had: 1 TERRIBLE couples massage with my husband. We both absolutely hated our massage technician, but I dont think she works there anymore, so maybe they got wise to the fact that shes awful. However, when I said that our massages were awful, we got the, "Oh well...better luck next time," treatment. 1 Marginal haircut from a service provider whose name I will not mention, because it was a nice person and Im sure other people will enjoy the style. It just wasnt my style. 1 Okay mani pedi combo with a friend. We had an okay time. Dont remember the technician names, but I do remember that my technician was very sweaty and not nearly as good as my friends technician. 1 Great manicure from Clary. My mother has been going to Clary for years and adores her. Were always getting her gift cards to see Clary. 1 Super-duper haircut from Nikki, thanks to which I will always return to Galleria from here on out to get my hair cut. Honestly, if Nikki werent there, Id have never gone back to try Galleria gain, but since she is...my husband and I are thinking about giving it another try for massages. I hope we dont regret it.

Lauren took 3 minutes max to cut my hair without asking me what I actually wanted done to it. Then she died it a semi permanent black without telling me so.... 210$ I didnt want to complain because I was already having a hard time in my life and I needed to keep negative energy away. 2 weeks later I called because the dye completely wore off I was a red head again... I called to explain and they wrote me in for an appointment where she thought I needed to pay her again. I spoke to the manager who addressed it with her and the bill was brought down to $0. Im sorry NO one NO one wants to pay over $200 for a flat hair cut and semi permanent dye. She didnt even use a brush, I left the salon with black skin both times. Didnt take her time. She doesnt care about her customers.

This Salon and Spa is very RIDICLOUS and DISCRIMINATING/ single -out potential clients. My boyfriend bought me a GIFT card which I was hoping to use and when I called to make an appointment I spoke to AARON and she was drilling me because I ONLY have ONE name...She transfered the call - I provided a method of payment - GIFT - yet the harrassment. The bottomline - MICHELLE - took over the call and refuse to book an appointment. My point here is this should never occur. The fact is my services were already paid for. DO NOT buy their GIFT cards. DO NOT allow yourself to be treated as an EXCEPTION. I pass the card on to my SOMEONE and she is excited about using it up...hopefully soon. This SALON is very UNETHICAL and RUDE.

If you will go to Galleria salon, make sure youre not going to let SHELLY cut your hair. Im warning you, STAY AWAY from her. The worst hair cutter that ever cut my hair! She cut the sides and bottom of my hair very short that when I am doing brush up, bun or pony tail, the underneath of my hair is just hanging down and the sides are all standing up because theyre cut so short. My hair look so ugly. I should have just let my 4-yr old cut my hair and didnt have to pay $48 dollars plus tip to what I thought a professional cut that Im gonna get.

I came here for the galleria signature facial. The woman who did my facials name was Vicki. She was very nice and explained all the procedures she was taking since I hadnt been to the galleria before. It was a last minute appointment and I had had such an awful day but after going there I feel like a new person! Everyone was very nice, even on the phone to make the appointment. The setting is peaceful and friendly. I would highly recommend this spa for people searching in the area. Its worth the price!

For the past 15 years, I have enjoyed the spa services provided by Galleria. I have brought several of my friends and family members to Galleria to celebrate their special occasions and the staff made them memorable. I continue to have standing appointments for services and found the staff flexible when I have had to reschedule appointments. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive.

It was my first visit, and I must say I was treated with such kindness, and consideration. My stylist was Christina, and she did a phenomenal job on treating my dry, curly, coarse hair. My haircut was just as amazing. A million thanks the staff.

Ive been going here for years. Vikki is an excellent colorist. She did a fire ombré on my hair and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend. They also send coupons to your email so make sure to provide it. I got 10% off for my birthday.

Too expensive. Morphed my hair into a bleached blond that was more costly to do each time. First cut $184, second time $215 for color and cut and I hated my color. I dont believe that I am getting value for my money.
