I normally would go here from time to time but this will be my last on earth even if this was the last salon STANDING! I have put up with so much from these money hungry Spanish speaking racist woman. Today I went for services and I sat under the dryer after my wash. They know from servicing me before that Im not the one to take too much heat and cant bear sitting under the dryer for a long period of time. They know this. So I dont know what was different from today but I already was being mistreated poorly by females in there speaking Spanish and starring at me . It was rude . Than they tell me I have to go back under the dryer and I said no. My hair was dry enough and if they were already going to hand blow dry it than what is the point in sitting under that hot a** dryer . So anyway I told them I was not going back under there and the chubby lady jahariy or however you spell her name begans to curse and speak Spanish loud and abruptly across the room . She was pointing her finger in my face looking the other way yelling about me in Spanish . It was very rude ! So I get out the chair with my hair not done and decided to pay for my daughter hair who was finished and just leave . Some other woman begins to beg me to stay and that they will just straighten it or whatever . I said no because if that was the case they wouldnt have acted that way and caused a scene . If people are not comfortable with getting certain things done you can not force them to do what YOU want them to do. We are the customers. They ar lazy and want to make money by putting so much heat in your hair all to burn your edges off ! They will do your hair and talk about you in Spanish here ! You go for yourself and see . They need to speak English if they have a problem because its politely rude to do what they do running a business . I will not ever go there again. Oh and btw black woman if you go here with weave they will criticize you for that. You must be natural or like them to feel appreciated . One other lady asked for edge control and they acted as if they didnt know what she was talking about and laughed at her speaking Spanish. It was rude and she left due to lack of professionalism. It just seems very racist in this salon so if your black going here take your own risk of giving these monkeys your money that could give a damn about you. Btw they use texturizer in your hair for the shampoo. I found that out today as well.!

I have been a client of Vireysas for over 12 years! She started with a small shop in Highlandtown and expanded. When she moved over west, I followed her, the 35 minute drive was worth it. They always look out for your hair health... they will not put chemicals in your hair if they know it is going to further damage it. I have sat here and women come in asking for certain services and are denied... not because they dont want to do it but because they do not want an unsatisified customer with hair damage. I had a medical condition 3 years ago that caused my hair to fall out and Vireysa treated my scalp and I now have shoulder lenght hair again. These ladies take pride in treating their clients and the families.

Love this place. All the women here are terrific and can do hair!!! My daughter has been coming about once a month since she was 5 and is now 9. Her hair is healthy, extremely thick, and easily past the middle of her back. Her curls were so tight I didnt know how to manage them, without hurting her or turning to chemical. She is also very tender headed, im so happy I found them. I come for my wash, rollerset and blowouts on my natural hair and in between wash and styles when im rocking my bundles!!!! So here we are all these years later, my hair is natural now and I never had to turn to chemical on my baby girl...

DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON IF U ARE NATURAL!!!!!PLEASE DONT DO IT. I WENT AND GOT MY HAIR DONE, THEY WASHED AND CONDITIONED MY HAIR AND FLAT IRONED IT...IT WAS SILKY AND NICE......BUT WHEN IT WAS TIME TO WASH MY HAIR MY HAIR WOULDNT REVERT BACK TO MYNATURAL CURLS!!!!!! I HAD ARMPIT HAIR NOW I HAVE TO TRANSITION ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEM!!!! MY HAIR STILL SMELL BURNT AND IVE DONE EVERY THING LIKE IM TELLING U DO NOT GO HERE!!! I HAVE SO MUCH HEAT DAMGE ITS CRAZY AND NOW I HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE NATURAL HAIR PEOCESS AGAIN

This place was a waste of my time and money. I told them at the door that I wanted a hair cut, however, they never mentioned to me that they do not cut natural hair until after they washed and blow dried my hair. In addition to not getting my hair cut, they also did not flat iron or style my hair so I walked out of the salon looking like I never got my hair done. The only reason why I paid for the services was because my hair felt softer after they washed it.

Excellent service! I have been coming to this salon for over 4 years & my hair always looks on fleek! Although my chosen stylist is Vireysa, all the stylist are top notch. My daughter & I love her stylist Betty. They all take hair care seriously and make sure they use the best products. They are reasonably priced compared to any salon in the area. #Lovemyhair

Ive been going here for about 5years now. Ms Vireysa Does my hair almost EVERY visit (Because i Love her & shes awsome) there are times when i will let her other staff memebers do my hair. Bottom line BEST DOMINICAN HAIR SALON IN BALTIMORE.....MY NATURAL HAIR STAYS SILKY SMOOTH FOR ABOUT 2WEEKS EVERY TIME!. FEELS BETTER THAN A PERM

Ive been to this place several times before and every single time I leave with my hair two to three full inches shorter than it was when I showed up. Today was the last straw. I was so eager to rock some bra strap length hair for the summer. Once again the stylists here have set me back 3-4 months. Im done.

terrible location. i take my daughter and specifically request one person to do her hair. by the time i go to the store and come back someone else has done her hair and it looks awful. Also they made her edges fall out. love the dominican salons but i hate this one

They did what they wanted to do. I asked for a deep conditioner, she put in a leave in instead. I asked for my hair to be flat ironed straight & she put curls on my hair. Very disappointed. I will never come back here again and do NOT recommend anyone going here.

Needs to be more professional. Rollers, combs falling on floor without being cleaned. Stylist eating and doing hair. Not professional, definitely needs improvement. Not impressed, when you leave the Dominicans you know you went to Dominicans. Not here!!

This place has excellent customer service. All staff friendly. My hair has growth is noticeable by family and friends. Many people has complimented my hair. The product here is great. Service is fast and price is great. Jahaira is the best stylist.
