I cant say enough about BCC Auto repair in Bethesda. Im just sorry it took me so long to find them. I recently had them replace the brakes on my 98 Acura and was very pleased with the service, their manner and the reasonable cost. Recently, I was told by someone that one of my front lights seemed not to be working. The headlights, flashers and turn signals were fine, so I called the Acura dealer to see how much it would cost to take a look. $145 to "diagnose." So today, I called BCC and asked to make an appointment. They said when do you want to come in and I said, "How about now?" Great. Drove over there, removed my keys from my key chain and removed some articles from my car, assuming it would be sitting there all day. I started planning my day without a car. Mike, came out and drove it into the garage so we could see more easily which lights were out. It turned out to be the parking lights on each side. So, they replaced the bulbs in about five minutes. Then I told Mike that I was taking a road trip in a week so when could he check the tires, fluids, etc. He said, "How about now?" Great. So, he checked the fluids, and tires. Told me the pressure on the tires was way too high. Showed me the correct way to add and decrease the pressure in my tires. Then he said, "Youre all done." I asked, "What do I owe you?" and he said "Nothing." Not even for the light bulbs. I was incredulous, but most appreciative. Will I go back? Of course -- time and time again.

BCC Automotive has done work for all our vehicles and are very knowledgeable and considerate on the advise and recommendations for repairs. Their prices are reasonable, excellent workmanship, quick and efficient on getting you back into your car/truck.
