You want to be robbed? Auto Clinic Care is the place for you. You want to be screwed? Auto Clinic Care is the place for you. These guys are CROOKS! Ill tell all my friends and neighbors to STAY AWAY from Auto Clinic Care. LOOK AT ALL THE PLANTED 5-STAR REVIEWS!!! These guys managed the art of lying and deceiving for sure. In any case, here is my story. I was there last Saturday. Got a quote to replace 2 hoses, change oil and do a brake job. $1100 total. They promised the car to be ready Monday afternoon. They called me Monday morning and told me that there was a "computer glitch", and the $1100 quote doesnt include the brakes now! It will only cover the oil change and 2 hoses... If I want brake pads to be replaced and the rotors surfaced... $500 more, and the total "new" price will be $1600. I told them that that wasnt what they told me and I dont want to pay the $500 extra. I came there a few hours later and they charged me the full price of $1100 for the two hoses and oil change... No new brakes, no rotor surfacing. Morons! I will never, EVER go to Auto Clinic Care again. However, if you have extra few thousand dollars to waste - Auto Clinic Care awaits you. Did I mention that Im filing a claim with BBB and writing to Napa that authorized this "wonderful" service to be performed using their brand name? Good luck to you all, and ... dont forget to read all the hilarious 5-star reviews that will tell you how great you should feel about giving away your money to these guys.

No ones better than Auto Clinic Care! After seeing all the great reviews of Auto Clinic Care throughout the internet, I decided to give them a shot for my recent 90K maintenance work. Boy was I glad I did. I found everyone from the folks at the front desk (Johny and David - one of the owners) to the mechanics to be extremely friendly, courteous, and honest. Sitting in the office waiting for my car, I was amazed with how well both Johny and David knew their customers even asking about their family. It was obvious that these were long-time customers as their interactions were so genuine. This is something you definitely do not see at the dealers or any franchise shops. These guys dont pressure anyone into unnecessary services; they take the time to explain everything. They were so honest with everyone. By the way, if you need to go somewhere (e.g. shopping or work) after dropping off your car, theyll be more than willing to give you a lift. Thats just great customer service. Another positive, free secured WIFI is available in the waiting area. Are you tired of going to the dealer or franchise shop for your car? Looking for a great, friendly, family-owned place? If you are, then Auto Clinic Care in Rockville is the place for you. I will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance in the future.

Excellent and fast service, air-conditioned waiting room, good prices. We needed a Maryland inspection at noon on Friday. While other shops couldnt schedule an afternoon inspection, they had no problem with this. We arrived early and told them our urgency (needed to get ready for MVA license and registration) and they quickly took it in. They ran out of Kerueg coffee, but when we mentioned this they immediately sent someone to buy more. They let us use their fax machine to get Maryland insurance paperwork completed. They also quickly completed an oil change, tire rotation, and car remote battery replacement (all requested 2 hrs before we got there). Everything went so smoothly that by the time we finished the insurance paperwork, the car was ready. With their help, we were able to make it to the MVA and get our licenses and registration taken care of before they closed.

Just take some time to read some reviews and you will notice that they are fake. I took my car to this place because they say they do discount to federal employees but at the end I didnt receive any discount. I changed a piece that broke again 2 months later and they charged me more than others would have charged me (just crossing the street there is a Fitzgerald, I asked them for a price and it would have been $150 less). It was my fail that I told them to do the diagnostic so I spent $120 there and got engaged with them. As I said they charged me $450 and two months later it was broken again. I was in another state so I couldnt go back to them and claim, so I decided to go to a car repair (this time was in NC) and the price was $175, including oil and filter change!!! I wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone.

I go to school in Georgia, and I was in Rockville visiting a friend and Washington DC during spring break. Three days into my trip I had to get my battery replaced and that caused some electrical problems that the shop who had done the work couldnt solve. They referred me to Johnny Fares and his Auto Clinic Care. Johnny had to work two days to completely solve every problem and make sure I could get on the road safely on my long trip back to Georgia. He got me a good deal with an Enterprise rental and him and his staff were absolutely amazing to my mom and I while we were stranded away from home. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for everyones professionalism and hospitality. We made it back to Georgia safely with NO car issues whatsoever. Thank you!

My car battery needed to be replaced and I was looking online for a place nearby that had excellent ratings. Auto Clinic Care had the best ratings out of any Auto Repair place within Silver Spring and Rockville combined. They were very pleasant on the phone, asking for specifics about my car prior to bringing it in. Without having to ask, the mechanics ran a conductive test on my car to confirm that the battery was faulty before replacing it. The staff was very respectful and called me Maam.. something you dont find around here very often! Within less than 30 minutes my car battery was replaced and they had checked my charging system as well. All for less than $185! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys look out for their customers Ive lost track of how many years weve been customers of Auto Clinic Care, but I can easily remember the peace of mind that descended on the auto-maintenance part of our lives when we became customers. No more wondering whether repairs were needed; no more concern over whether or not they were done correctly; no more hassling over how quickly work would (or would not) be done; no surprises when the bill comes. This is an incredibly knowledgeable, capable, honest, and well-run shop! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I recommend Auto Clinic Care to all my friends, and now they are taking care of cars for my daughter and son-in-law.

I heard about Auto Clinic Care from my son-in-law so I thought I would give them a try. After comparing them with a few other local shops, I felt that their price was most accurate and fair. I choose to have my car repaired with them and I am very happy with the outcome. The service was unparallel to other shops, they expalained thoroughly what exactly needed to be repaired and why. (I learned several things about cars from these men). Overall fast service, SMART mechanics, fair pricing, and friendly people. I most certaintly would recommend them to anyone! Also, dont be suprised if you develop a friendship with the people there, they are truly genuine people!
