I had purchased a new cadillac STS in 2006 and had it completely loaded. I fgured the car should last me through retirement. At around 100000 miles there were things that had to be done and the cost form the dealer was outrageous. I did not want just anyyone touching my car. Thankfully I ran across an ad and review for Superior auto and they specialized in cadillacs as well as other high end cars. Took the car in and went through the check list with Bob. I ended up getting twice as many things done to the car for less than the dealer would charge. My car rode like it had just come off the showroom. Had a few intemittents and they stuck with it. Unfortunately I had a minor accident and insurance totaled the car but when the warrant is up on my new car I will bring it to Superior. The one thing I did not mention, They do not BS about the pproblem nor do they overcharge. I am used to troubleshooting problems and I know when I am being Fooled. Bobs team had my total confidence during the first meeting. Pride in work is not dead you just have to know where to find it...Superior Auto Service. Rich Kelly

Too often people neglect to point out a job well done, so I INSIST on making sure the folks out there know how incredible the customer service is at Superior Auto Service. Id previously taken my car to a large chain auto body shop only to have more problems surface as soon as I got my car home. Shame on me for not taking it back immediately, but I wasnt ready to fight that fight at the time. Recently my "check engine" light reminded me that isnt one of those fights I actually get to choose. A quick online search, a quick phone call, an appointment first thing the following morning (based on my schedule), a warm and intellectual greeting from Rob at Superior Auto Service, a ride to the metro, a well-informed estimate early in the day, a ride from the metro, a completely clean and happy and healthy car upon my return. I was also advised about issues I might encounter in the near and not-so-near future including items that are more critical than others to fix. Theyre definitely getting my return business when I need it. Highly recommended.

Superior Auto has been my trusted, go-to provider for vehicle maintenance and repairs since 2005. They keep my vehicles running, as well as, keeping me going - - when your vehicle needs service Rob or Bob drive you to the Metro so you can get to work, then they pick you up at Metro after work so you can pick up your vehicle. This is great customer care you dont find in many places. They call you by name as if youve been friends for years, and they remember shared personal stories from visit to visit. Actual costs consistently have been within $20 of the estimate. Theyre awesome!

I have been coming to Superior for about 5 years. The staff always remember me and my car. We have a running list of items to repair. I dont have alot of expendable cash and they are great at working with me to get each item done in order of priority. The location is conveniently located to the Twinbrook metro and I always get a ride to and from the metro so the time that the car is in the shop does not disrupt my work day too badly. The thing I love the most is I always have a clean car when I pick it up. I have never had a bad experience when working with Superior

Ive been a customer since 1989, and am one of their first customers. The people provide excellent service: all estimates have been accurate, the costs never go above the estimate [unless they contact me first]. What I admire most is the nice owners business model: mechanics are well trained, each specialist works on my car, and the office manager gets parts delivered as needed -- so almost all repairs are completed in one day. Moreover, they are pleasant and considerate. I am grateful to them for keeping my present Toyota working well for almost 20 years.

Bob and Rob have been providing excellent service for our vehicles for over 15 years. They have maintained our two Volvos, two Hondas, and a Ford truck. I have always gotten honest, sound advice about recommended repairs. Often they will tell me that an item does not need to be repaired now but will require work in the future, which is very helpful. I have consistently found their prices to be competitive and their work to be completed when promised. Frankly, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

My car was in worse shape when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off for a simple vehicle inspection. The vehicle was in perfect, dealer-maintained condition when I brought it in for a State of Maryland vehicle inspection. When they were finished with their "inspection", it would barely start. They accepted no responsibility for any of their actions, they were unprofessional, and they should be avoided. One star is too much for how I feel about these guys. Stay away!!!

Theyre quick and want to help. Bob is very friendly. Plus its really close to me. Overall, Id say it was satisfactory. 2 reasons its 3 rather than 4 or 5. 1) They did work on my car I didnt approve. When I addressed this, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" was the response. I was not impressed. 2) I asked them to change my oil and they didnt do it. Maybe it was an off-day.

Been going here for a few years and have always felt comfortable having my car worked on. The service is prompt and well priced. If I ask any probing questions the team has no problem answering them. I would recommend the service center to anyone. They have also introduced a rewards program recently which is a nice bonus.

Worked great with my warranty claim! They evaluated the tire properly and showed me the damage done to the interior wall. They were knowledgeable about safety and manufacture standards. The guys were nice, got the tire I needed the next am and even called me to confirm. Def a positive experience when I expected a nightmare

By far the best auto shop in the DMV. Very personal service and they are very thorough with the vehicles (e.g. the safety inspections). The prices are competitive and have been going to this shop for the past several months. Would highly recommend.
