DO NOT GO HERE! They botched a simple repair job, causing me more problems just a week later. They also tried to get me to do an extra $1000 worth of work that wasnt needed and had no relevance to the problem I wanted them to fix, which was simply to replace the transmission cable. For example, they insisted my oil needed to be changed even though it had been just a couple months before that and I hadnt put that many miles on my car since I use public transportation to get to work. Also, they have horrible hours for anyone with a full-time job, so if you take your car to them, be prepared to take time off work in order to do it. Who the hell is not open on Saturday?

This place is a rip-off!! I brought in an old 50s car for work. Butler kept my car for over two weeks and kept telling me that they did not know how much it would cost for the work I requested. In the in they were slippery and hit me with a huge bill. When I went to challenge it, surprise, no one was around to help me. Avoid this place. What a bumber!

I went there to get a simple job that should not have costed me more then 2k and they overcharged and i had no choice but to sign the title over. Now i am without a vehicle and money. If you really want fair prices dont go here. They overcharge for normal vehicles.

I have used Butler for some time now. I have found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I have always been pleased with the service. If you have a fleet of vehicles, i would take them nowhere else....
