Ive been to Precise Auto twice now to have my Nissan Versa 2010 serviced. Both times Ive been treated in a friendly manner and the prices have been quite reasonable for the work thats needed. So far Ive used a Groupon for 3 synthetic oil changes and have gone back in to get my serpentine belt replaced. While the car was in to get the belt replaced I also asked them to look at my front windshield wiper hose which they did and had fixed in no time flat. In and out in less than 2 hours. The first time I was in there I also had them check my brakes and they did a thorough inspection. Their explanation was honest and detailed about the condition of my brakes; these guys arent out to rake the customer over coals like some companies. I would highly recommend this place in lieu of a chain like Sears Auto.

Took my car in for an oil change and to assess for a possible leak in a tire. Was informed that my brakes and rotors needed replacing. When I asked if this was something that needed to be done today I was told that the parts had already been ordered. When I began driving my car after the service was completed, I realized that my car was not driving properly. My car comes with larger rear wheels than front wheels. They had placed the larger wheels in front and smaller wheels in back. They had left me with a car that at best, I had difficulty driving, and at worst, was going to cause more damage to my car. I returned the next day for them to correct their error. I will not be going back for any service.

This place is great. Super friendly staff. I have been using their Groupons for my synthetic oil changes here for the last 2.5 years. The service is fast but thorough. I tried using Groupon oil changes before at other places only to find out that they "found" other things that my car needed done and they would give me a "discount" rate to do it. One example they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, but they didnt know that I had just recently had them replaced! I highly recommend this shop. Even if you use a Groupon here they honor it without fuss or trying to sell you anything else.

I am so glad that I found Phil and his team. I moved to this area about a year ago, and I wasnt able to find a place to bring my car that I could trust. Now, I know where to go to get the service I need quickly for the right price. Oh, and if you are looking for a place for a state inspection, I would go here. They only charged $70 and were very detailed in their explanation about why my car didnt pass, and gave me the flexibility to get the repairs done there or elsewhere within a month.

Get my synthetic oil changes here through Groupon and have gotten excellent service. It made me come back for other repairs and referred some friends as well who also have had great service. Last spring they replaced some of my exhaust and while my car was in the shop, they had a loaner available for me. As I drive a lot for work, I couldnt have done without a car and was very grateful for the loaner. Great team, great service! This is now the only place I will bring in my car.

This people fix my dads car its 2011 Honda pilot but they did not fix properly , their was no light on the dash board when we drop the car, now we have 4 light on the dash board ,what kind mechanics give 4 lights on to his customer. at list try to fix and ask money for the job , they say this is not a part of the our job??????????? also they took 4 weeks to fix one car, also they charge us $2800 they are to expensive, we will never ever go back again to this shop,

Phils (a.k.a, Precise) has been our mechanic for years. He and his honest, straight and takes pride in his work. I suspect Phil & his crew like what they do, and thats why its done well. Most recently, Precise worked with me and my insurance company to repair our 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. They made the process practically painless and worry-free. I highly recommend them.

The garage has done a great job on my Matrix. We had an aging Subaru as well. Rather than fix it and give us a huge bill, they told us that it probably wasnt worth the effort and saved us a lot of money. The work theyve done on the Matrix has been great. Highly recommend.
