Just cant say enough about the team at Glenwood! From hospitality to communication and timeliness and service, honesty and fairness of price, you will find no other automotive repair business better! These guys were able to fit my car in on a moments notice as I was anticipating my 10 hour vacation drive the next day! They not only fixed the problem temporarily so that I can make the trip, in addition to following up on the problem when I got back and on top of it, saving me some money in the process by being honest about the problem and not spending and replacing parts that were unnecessary! I love the fact too, that they were willing to bring me home after drop off and bring my repaired car back to me if need be! Im spreading the word about the awesome team and service at Glenwoods Hillmuth! No one better in my book!

Was optimistic based on the reviews and proximity to me, but have to give one star or less. Called for an estimate and they flat out didnt even bother helping!!!!!!!! "Blahh Blahh Blahh Blahh" (could not even understand what they were saying) then they just hung up. What a crappy attitude and shop go somewhere else!!! REPLY to REPLY: This is not the 1st time, my wife had a similar experience at your Clarksville location this was after a referral. We chalked that up to being a different location because after we told the experience we had to the person who gave us the referral he said he meant this location. Two bad experiences in a row not a good track record

We were on our way for 10 days camping at Rocky Gap when a knocking in the back end kept getting worse. We finally made a decision not to try to go over the mountains. We made a great choice to ask Hillmuth to check the noise to see if it was important. It took considerable time and skill to find it was our total rear braking system. Anyone who knows Sidling Hill on Interstate 68 would not fare too well on it with NO BRAKES !!! We lost two days of our trip but my vehicle is in top condition . Hillmuth treated my family and car with skill and professionalism.I would highly recommend anyone to take advantage of this organization for any automotive needs.

Took my car here for some simple maintenance. They tried to talk me into scheduled service it didnt need for nearly 20,000 miles (1.5 years from now!) and their price for another service was off the charts outrageous. When I just had them do what I wanted, the final bill was twice what I expected it to be. I suddenly had to pay an inspection fee that nobody mentioned and included basically the same disassembly and reassembly as the repair. I guess they could taken things apart once, put them together, called me, and then taken it apart again for the repair. Wont be going back.....

Took our Toyota Sienna in for and oil change and tire rotation. Hilmuth does fine work however there is no reason, even with synthetic oil, that these services should cost $170 dollars. Then they quoted 1200 dollars to get the brakes done. I was so offended by the first bill I ventured to youtube and replaced my own brakes for nearly 900 dollars cheaper and with premium parts. A vehicle has never stopped quicker. Hilmuth does fine work and the staff are friendly however your wallet will hemorrhage leaving feeling a bit taken advantage of.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with an immovable concrete barrier along the road. Our Volvo xc90 was badly injured. It needed a new tire and a replacement of the front suspension system. We were very concerned . Would it ever be the same. The auto technicians at Hillmuth worked a miracle. Our Volvo is back on the road again, as good as new. We were so blessed to have found Hillmuth Automotive. Thanks so much to all the wonderful people who helped us.

What a surprise. Honest, quick, professional and delivered on their estimate - and best of all, beat the lowest price" of their competition. The day before New Years Eve I needed a clutch job and called around to what I would have thought was the natural fit - dealers, transmission shops, etc. I called Hillmuth, talked with Jason and he assured me he would beat the others and have it ready the next day. Happy to report, he was exactly right. Very happy!
