I love my gym! It is a shame that these other reviewers had such a terrible experience. I currently go to this gym and I have never had a problem! All of the staff members are extremely nice and easy going. If you have any questions, they are very attentive and helpful. Even the group class instructors are great! I have taken numerous different classes at different times of the day and week. In my experience, all of the group instructors are friendly and can modify EACH class to your specific needs. It is rare to find a broken machine in this gym; but when I do, it is generally fixed within 1-3 days. I have never had to wait for a machine and the gym has never been over crowded. My favorite part about this gym is the cleanliness! I came from Work Out World (WOW), which was gross! This gym is extremely clean and well taken care of. I shower at this gym every time I work out and I have never had an issue. The price is exactly the same as WOW, but it is MUCH cleaner, friendlier, and less crowded---not to mention the fact that you are not approached by numerous meat heads offering their unwanted training services to you. The other members seem much more respectful than other gyms. Finally, the cancellation policy is EXPLAINED to you upon signing up! Therefore, whoever had issues cancelling in the past clearly did not pay attention. In my experience, ALL gyms have similar cancellation policies as this one does. This gym is completely worth what you pay for it!

I agree with all the other reviews. This place is all about the money. The rates are low but only because if you try to leave they charge you. I had to suddenly relocate and the last thing on my mind was my gym membership. Once relocated in SC I called and was berated by a staff member who stated I needed to come in in person. I told him that was impossible and he continued to give me attitude. To end my gym membership I had to send a certified letter from SC! It was easier to move than it was to cancel this. My daughter is a member as well and has the same problem. She is in SC for 2 months and the club will not let her put her membership on hold, like many other places would. And she cannot cancel unless in person. So basically they are collecting her dues while she is obviously not coming in to the gym. She cannot even cancel it unless she flies home and does it in person. This place is ridiculous and the owner should take note of how unreasonable his/her policies are and how rude the staff is when discussing these matters.

After trying to speak to the owner i was yelled at by an employee twice and hung up on twice. after this i proceeded to the gym to cancel my membership. I was met by one reasonable employee but then screamed at and swore at by the one I spoke to earlier. He then proceeded to call the police saying that I refused to leave. Before this i was never asked to leave by any employee. Although my attitude was not passive when i went in there, i did not raise voice, yell or swear at anybody. In no circumstance would i tell anybody to go to this gym after my experience with them.

My fiancé and I have made multiple complaints about the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. The womens restroom looks as if it has never been cleaned, there is always hair and water all over the sinks, the trash is always overflowing, and the toilets are alway filthy. The front desk is no help whatsoever. We came from a Golds Gym in Texas to this filth. We are going to cancel our membership, its not worth the money for the lack of cleanliness, lack of customer service, and lack of equipment upkeep that they provide.

I signed up when they first open and was assured that if anything came up they would let me out of my contract. I wouldnt have thought it would be a problem when I tried to cancel, after having a stroke and landing in a rehab hospital, since I had more then lived out the length of time I committed to. However, when I called to cancel they could not accommodate me. I ended up disallowing direct withdrawals from my checking account. And now they are sending a collection agency after me. These people can rot in hell.

That gym is terrible! Barely have varieties of cardio equipment. The classes are weak and mostly older people teach it. They have a dam fee for everything. I cancelled my membership in February and they billed me for march and April including a maintenance fee for 39.99 I was so upset because I wasnt made aware of that at the time of the cancellation and you think the manager even tried to help out with that? NOPE!!!! Ive never written a review for anything but in this case I will! Yall are terrible!!!!

This is a gym that caters to people that are serious about their workouts. The gyms equipment is very modern and up to date. They maintain barballs that include even (37.5, 30.2 lbs ect )which a lot of gyms dont have. Staff is freindly and helpful.

Ive been going to this gym for over 2 years now. They have everything Im looking for. Weights for those that lift heavier weights, plenty or cardio equipment and never really run into an issue of having to wait to use something

Terrible gym. The staff is only pleasant on the day you hand them your credit card; after that you might as well not exist. Small, poorly organized.
