Ashley and Pat at the front desk are AWESOME! Not only are they both friendly, and they always greet everyone with a big smile-hello, but they always seem to put a smile on everyones faces. Every time I see Ashley, she always keeps busy, and takes the upmost care for the clients, and the gym. Anytime I have a question for her or need her help she is always there to help me out. I love that Ashley and Pat are knowledgeable, & passionate about fitness. Pat is a great motivator, friendly, helpful and is always putting a smile on everyones faces as well. Other gyms that I have gone to were not so welcoming, the staff wasnt so friendly and the gym was filthy. This Planet Fitness in Stratham NH is super clean, well maintained, friendly, and a good size. Plenty of machines, space for stretching, weight training and have a room dedicated to solo fit (check it out!). I always look forward to seeing both Ashley and Pat on a daily basis. They make me feel like I am part of the Planet Fitness family.

Excellent Staff departs for other opportunities all too soon. No sooner is Staff recognizable they are off to new horizons. Good to see anchor of group, Amanda, so helpful, so experienced, so dependable, remains a rising star at PF which has become a haven of friendly assistance to those of us in the process of physical resurgence and mental renewal. Decent equipment, lacking free-weights, machines are not always tuned up correctly and they slack on cleaning. Urinals smell bad. I Dont think they clean them properly. Massage beds are nice, tanning beds are low quality. Staff constantly changes--it seems they have low retention. You get what you pay for. Average.

Seemed like a fairly good deal for $169 yearly for basic access. However, I dont approve of a company like this having direct access to my checking account. In the age of identity theft, this is frankly just unacceptable as a policy, and will prevent me from doing business here.

Jeff is amazing! He went above and beyond for my mother and I resolving a billing issue that we are so appreciative for. This gym always has friendly staff, is clean, and is open 24/7. I recommend this PF location to everyone! Love it!

Jeff the manager is the man!! All the staff there are awesome & WICKED friendly!!! Always a good experience, good workout, cleanliness is always kept up, plenty of machines even when its packed. PF member for life!!! ;)

Great staff and atmosphere. With a plethora of equipment and clean bathrooms I really like this location. There are lots of free weights so I do not know what the previous poster was talking about.

Its clean and overall a nice gym, but Im not a fan of the layout and the staff doesnt seem as friendly as other locations Ive been to. They are open 24 hours though which is great.

Really great crowd, quiet as church mice but working diligently. Much bigger than it looks from the store frontage, big losers love it here, in fact slim up pretty quickly.

Everything youve come to expect from a P.F. Locker rooms are very nice compared to other gyms of the chain. Staff is friendly, and will help you in anyway they can.

Screw the lunk alarm. They have very few free weights and get mad at you if you arent a weakling. This place will go outta business eventually.

Its a great place to get your exercise and then head on with life. Plenty of equipment. Showers are clean and staff is nice.

This gym is always clean and updated. I cant recall one time that a machine has been down. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Much cleaner than Portsmouth. With the addition of new machines and the SoloFit now it is more rewarding to go there

Clean facility. Weight machines and tanning beds were replaced in June 2017, so new at the time Im writing this.
