Ive been a member of New Bedford workout world for years. I used to look forward to going to the gym everyday. Now I hate it. They let this place get so run down. They let the members destroy everything. They let the members get away with leaving crap everywhere. The bathrooms are filthy and horrible. There is a no air conditioning. I hate going to the gym now, because this place is so awful. I am actively looking for a new gym. Its just a horrible horrible horrible situation. Do not join New Bedford WOW, I have been a member for years and I have to say this last year has been awful. No AC, poor management the place is the pits They should be embarrassed. I am activily looking for a new gym. This used to be good place to work out, now it is just the worst. I have been a member for years and I have to say this last year has been awful. I do feel bad saying this, because they have some excellent, excellent teachers and classes... but the place overall is getting so bad that its not worth it. I got hurt because someone did not clear their plates, but the manager said he could do nothing! WTH! Just kick the slobs out! They do not care about the members at all. Looking for recommendations fit for area gyms.

We signed our daughter up for a membership as a Christmas present and the experience was terrible. Stay away from the trainers, they told us we could sign up for two months and then cancel anytime. What they forgot to tell us was that there would be a $500 cancellation fee! In addition to calling our daughter the week before Christmas and spoiling the surprise (they forgot it was a present), we are now having to fight with corporate over the ability to cancel. The manager, Jason, called and apologized that he misled us, but has done nothing to help correct the problem! In addition, the trainer that my daughter ended up was late to the first two appointments and then didnt show for the third. Very frustrating...

WOW is a joke . There are hidden fees they dont tell you about and the facility is always messy. Especialy the locker room. Will never go back there and wouldnt advise any to go to WOW in NB. I just recently started at a new fitness Center called "Git Fit" brand new in NB. No membership fee or hidden fee just 19.99 mo for a yr. The facility is spotless, the equipment is state of the art and the staff are very friendly not pushy like at WOW. I love Git Fit the atmosphere is great! I hated working out at WOW and now I am loving going to the gym again everday. Come in and check it out they also do a free day pass for people that just want to try it out.

Mens shower stall are turning orange from filth. Smells like urine. Flys stuck to the top of stalls. Tanning beds always have many burnt out bulbs and are old. Broken handles in bed. Not happy with the cleanliness. Dont waste your money theres so many gyms around for the money.

Ppl shouldnt go hea they say one price an charge u way more an when u only gone one time an didnt like it they give u hard time leaving an not give u back your money there a not good to go to

It was fine, staff was fine. I went with my boyfriend and he canceled his membership in June or July and theyve been charging him this whole time, $100 down the drain for him

Becareful there are hidden fees that they wont tell you about. They just charged my account $80 and said that it was in my agreement to be charged this every year!!!!

Amazing Auto Detailing

The tanning rooms are tiny and dirty, there is no pool Hot Tub or sauna. Its an incomplete workout. Otherwise its an ok place to work out.

I have been going to WOW little over two month, I have no ISSUES WITH BILLS. STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. and My trainer kicks ass.
