I used the seabrook location which is not the cleanest. After canceling my account I asked if I would be charged another month. The person at the desk told me I would not but that I no longer had access to the gym. Another payment was taken out for April. I called and spoke to people on three different occasions who said someone would get back to me and I emailed. To get someone to call back took days and than all the people I spoke to never left the manager a note. I was told I couldnt have a refund even though I was given wrong information and signed up elsewhere. I now have two memberships until the 30th. Brian at the seabrook location was very rude for a manager! I suggest going elsewhere where people are competent in giving the right information. I will be sure to let people know about this experience.

It was ok ! Alot of money for not having a pool in the facility and offer for you to get a diffrent membership so you can go to their other gyms that do have pools ! Some classes ... but its not really one of those gyms for loosing weight ... its more of a (lifting gym) they are more geared toward body building then anything else. i personally feel this way anyways !

Simply the best fitness facility in NH hands down. Massive space, indoor track, boxing room, 40+ pieces of cardio, huge array of weightlifting machines and free weights. A new age open concept Rogue training area, group fitness and protein bar!!???!!!?? You simply cannot find a better facility and the price is perfect. Get some!

The location is big, and has numerous equipment, although some of the equipment are outdated or relatively old, but it is not a huge deal breaker. Definitely would prefer if management cleaned more, particularly the treadmills and aerobic machines, after all, not all members clean up after themselves.

Ive been a member at their gym for 10 years. Trying to cancel my membership has been painful..theyll keep hitting up your credit card.. CROOKS1 BEWARE!!!..old, broken equipment..horrible customer service
