Let me start by saying that I seldom write reviews, but I couldnt be happier to write this one! I had reserved two storage rooms for a recent move from Sudbury. Our moving day turned out to be extremely stressful. The movers were unable to get all our furnishings loaded onto the truck. By the time they got to Extra Space Storage, the office was about to close. I had trouble with the gate code and was getting frustrated that it wouldnt open despite several attempts. Thank goodness Rich was still there and was extremely helpful in reprogramming the code. He recognized that I was beyond stressed and couldnt have been more patient with me. He took his time explaining all I needed to know. In addition, he noticed that when I returned days later to add more items to my unit, I hadnt replaced the lock correctly and my belongings were not secure. I cant thank you enough, Rich and James, for excellent customer service. You guys are awesome!

I reserved a storage unit online and then talked on the phone with Jared and James. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasnt exactly sure of what my space needs would be, so I made arrangements to stop in before they closed to take a look at what they had available. Before I stopped in James had taken a look at the available inventory so that he could show me what my options would be. He took the time to shuttle me around to look at each storage unit so I knew exactly what I would be getting. We settled on what we both think would fit the need, but he also left it open that I could transfer to a different setup if things dont work out. James and Jared were both easy to work with and made the rental process as quick as possible. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I havent moved any stuff in yet, but from what I saw, the storage facility is clean, well lit, and secure.

We received a call on 7/27/17 That we did not properly lock our storage space.We told them we would be down in a few days.THE GENTLEMAN THAT CALLED GAVE NO MENTION OR REMINDER THAT THEY WOULD CUT OFF THE LOCK AND CHARGE US FOR A NEW ONE AND MAILING FEES anD HAVE NO ACCESS TILL THE KEYS ARRIVED IN THE MAIL. Before they cut the lock off because you mistakenly did not lock it properly they should state that they are going to do it with a phone call or message.I understand they are trying to protect our goods and themselves,however, sending a letter with keys to a new lock in the mail is not the way to find this out. When we arrived a new lock was on the unit and we could not enter until the keys were received in the mail.Quite frustrating.We were told it was in the written agreement.THE LETTER SHOULD ALSO STATE THE PRICE OF THE NEW LOCK.

I wanted to take a moment and praise this ExtraSpace Storage facility and its on site manager James Hardy. Recently I needed to store furniture and other items and I searched for a storage facility. After viewing several storage facilities in the area that were really awful, I visited James facility. i was pleasantly surprised! James has a great polished professional attitude and appearance. His professionalism, attention to detail and management of a sparkling clean facility was very impressive and appreciated and I feel that my items are stored safely under his management at this site. When it comes down to it, James attention to his customers and attention to detail is the reason why I decided to store my belongings at this facility. I highly recommend this storage space!

The main manager James was very helpful at the beginning of the week when I inquired about renting a unit. He walked me through the process over the phone, and they accommodated my need this morning to switch the type of unit I was renting. There is a new assistant manager there who took the time to talk me through the entire process this afternoon, show me the unit I would be using. He answered all my questions and was very kind. For a new guy, this gentleman was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I was on a time crunch and they helped me get through all the "paperwork", which was all online and frankly impressive. Definitely a fantastic customer experience and as a manager in that industry, I really appreciate it.

Extra Space Storage is always there for you in a pinch! Anyone who needs temporary or long term Storage should rent here! I reserved a unit online late evening and as soon as they opened the next morning Craig J. called to confirm my reservation. I showed up to a very busy location running smoothly. As I was filing out my paperwork I expressed a need for the free move-in truck which I found out was already reserved for the day :( ; however Craig promised to call me if it was returned early. He came through for me big time, which allowed me to get all my belongings into my unit without any problems. Thank you so much Craig, I couldnt have done it without your help!

The stuff helping us is called James. In general, extremely helpful person and service. We were moving from LA to Boston area. We need some special arrangement that we need to put some stuff into the unit from moving companys truck. We also need to send packages to the unit before we were able to physically come to the unit. James helped us deal with all these problems that allow us to have a very pleasant moving experience. He provided some professional suggestion that help us choose the best size/price unit to store our stuff. I would definitely recommend any one in Natick/Framingham area to use this service.

The gentlemen at Extra Space, treated me with respect from the moment I walked through the doors, a smile, and a great welcome showed me that I was at the right place. I forgot to close my door, and instead of making me feel as if I committed a crime, like some places do, they kindly changed the lock, and let me know what was going on. If I could recommend Extra Space to the world, I would, because the world is getting colder and it is great to know that there are businesses out there who truly respect their clients. Highly recommend.

We just rented a unit here, and had a very nice experience. The premises are very clean, appear quite new, and everything seems extremely secure. Onsite manager James was excellent and helpful. So far, we are very pleased with our experience. There is a requirement that you have insurance for the contents of the unit. The site sells this as well, but had I known this in advance, I would have investigated my options before arriving. I assume this is a standard thing, but it was a surprise to us.

We rent in Ashland and was asked to leave a review here. We are happy with the location and the man we worked with. I was told he is the new manager is a very sweet man. The place is clean and easy to use. To make this google page we had more trouble but it is worth the time. Quite possibly one of the best storage experiences you will ever have....James and Jared keep the facility and the grounds in tip-top shape, even in the crazy winter weather we had this year. They are a pleasure to speak with and are always responsive and straightforward. I have been renting with this location for more than 3 years and highly recommend them.
