I recently rented a storage space at extra space storage in tyngsboro ma. I was very happy with the csi that helped me out she was great and answered all of my questiones with quick and helpfull answeres.. i would recomend this storage space to anyone looking and a great thing about it was i only had to pay 29.00 for the first month now thats the cheapest i got for a down payment price i want to say Thank You for all the help they gave me at a time of need..

The facility is clean and well-maintained and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The prices are competitive, but continue to creep up over time. There was a roof leak at one point, and some of my items suffered from water damage. However, the insurance does not cover this. Anyway Im sure its not any better with other storage companies, but still annoying. Good for the price.

easy online reservation and manager called me right after. It was kinda hard to find even with gps as its down a narrow road. Also entrance/exit awkward for my full sized truck and 12 foot trailer. friendly helpful staff. The doors are hard to roll up, sticky. price was so much cheaper than other local storage units, so was a no brainer.

Great price for a storage in close vicinity to the Boston area . Very well maintained. Even though this is an open storage, no trash or weather related debris . Staff is extremely polite and helpful! Open until 10pm which is very reasonable and, in my opinion, assures more safety than 24hour access places.

This is the second time in a year that I have used this particular location and have been satisfied both times. The manager was very helpful , thorough and professional. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Easy access with security code. I highly recommend this facility.

Dont expect they keep cheap online rates for you for more than 1-2 months. Got 10x30 unit - online rate 197$, after 2 months they increased it to 221$. Online for new move-ins was 187$ at that time... Still cheap, professional and clean. But be aware..

It was a simple process to get the storage, I needed drive up, paperwork completed in 10 mins, security codes, drove straight up, everything nice and clean. Each time I go back, my code works. Very helpful and friendly people.

The manager was very nice and very informative. Price bits all storage in the are raging from 50 miles ratio. Awesome Storage. The only down turn is that is not a 24 hour storage. You can get to the unit only 6am to 10 pm

My grandparents store here when they downsized their home. They speak French and have a hard time understanding English. The staff here was very helpful and patient. The place is always and we never have any issues.

Convenient location, and clean property are the positives. High cost, randomly increasing rates, (even when advertised rates were lower), and restricted hours, are the cons.
