Be careful, the online site doesnt tell you that they require insurance on the unit which they sell at $11/month and they will require you to purchase one of their special cylinder locks which, according to the employees there, you cant find anywhere else, the lock is $18 and non refundable. So that low move in rate that you get online youll have to add at least $29 if you dont bring proof of insurance and a special cylinder lock. Youd think because youre spending $18 on a lock it would be top of the line, nope the lock is a basic easy to pick and break pin set lock that anyone that knows the basics of lockpicking can open in about 2 mins. You might be thinking, well insuring my things isnt bad, however, if you need to cash in on the insurance they sell make sure to read the fine print so that you have all of the documents to cut through all of the red tape that is required to replace your stuff. Wouldnt be a bad place to go if they gave you all of the information up front. Last complaint, there seems to be only a couple of spots for parking when you visit the office, had to park at Town Fair Tire to go into the office cause there was already four cars parked in the spots. The weird part was that there was one customer and two employees in there.

Dont be fooled by the $1.00 first month. They may waive the first month, but charge you excessive fees to make up for it as well as make you purchase an over-priced lock from them, rather than give you the option to use your own lock. They also make you purchase expensive monthly insurance ... it should be the renters decision as to whether or not they want to insure their belongings, not the storage companys. As long as they disclose that they are not responsible for theft or damage and the renter agrees, theyd have no liability. Also, every time I go there, there are never any carts available, except for maybe one in the office that you have to leave your drivers license to use. The facility, for the most part, is clean and well kept. Not sure if they have a dumpster for renters use (which most facilities do have.) They do have public restrooms, but have been Out Of Order the past few times Ive been there. Entering and exiting the facility is a challenge as you can only enter coming from one direction off the street. This is, understandably, not the facilities fault, but an inconvenience, nonetheless. As soon as the weather is better, Ill be moving to another less overpriced facility.

Both Moezy and Lidia provided excellent and very attentive and customer focused service. They resolved my issue(s) instantly by contacting their manager who will look in to the issues and change the reserved Internet price versus the walk-in price that was originally quoted. Overall, I highly recommend both Moezy and Lidia as they were very helpful and very customer focused and tries to resolve any issue(s) instantly. Additionally, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. If there are any issue(s), contact Moezy and Lidia. As a customer of other public storage locations for many years, I would highly rate this location as well. It is air-conditioned, clean and in a good location. Carts have always been available at different times. There is an initial charge for the lock (which needs to be provided when you move in) but you take the lock after and cant use your own lock. There is limited parking in the front office but more parking after you go through the gate. You need your access code to get in to the gate and then need your access code again to open the door and then again to get out. Overall, I would rate this location high stars as it is close to Route 95 as well.

The employees here are AMAZING!! When I first went in, I was unsure exactly what I needed, and Christine walked me through everything. She was very patient and friendly, showed me several units, and helped me choose the best size unit for my 1 bedroom apartment I was storing (she did NOT try to push the most expensive one, but rather the less expensive one I really needed). The day of the move had been stressful with the movers, Christine was wonderful!! She rechecked the size unit, AND saved me another $30 a month by searching for an online deal for me. I cant say enough, this is my first experience with storage and its clean, well lit, great security, and the employees make sure you are completely happy. Its nice to have such honest and caring people, especially Christine, during what is a pretty stressful situation (for anyone who has moved state to state, you may know what I mean) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was given a good deal online and maintain a long term "lease". Staff is nice, facility is clean, but the bathrooms dont receive regular maintenence as they rarely have any tp. A continuous problem... The 4th floor elevator call option has been broken for over 2 months. So we can get our stuff up to that level but not back down. If we can manage, we just take the stairs down, but when we have a hand truck, one of us has to go downstairs and ride the elevator up while the other waits with the cart. I would not do this alone as it would mean leaving my property unattended for several minutes. Elevator service person has supposedly "been called". UPDATE... the elevator is working fine now. Only took 2-3 months to get fixed. Bathrooms are still a bit scary if you need to wash your hands after moving in or out of your unit.

I was a Public Storage customer a couple of years ago at the same property before it was taken over by Extra Space Storage. At that time Jeff was the Manager and now he is back with a great staff. Amen to that!! In contrast to the previous competitive company, they are head and shoulders above them. The level of professionalism has skyrocketed along with customer service. Numerous times I have observed the manager work with his team of trainees and assistants. I have been in Management for many years and also in Military Senior Officer Leadership positions as well, so I believe I can identify with quality leadership, potential for leadership and excellent customer service. Team Woburn has all that going on for them!. Nice to have been able to see Public Storage Flag back in Woburn!!

We never rented a storage before, and at the first time that we walked to the Public Storage we were welcome by customer service rep. Christine, she was pleasant to help us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had lots of questions and she was promptly to answer all those. When we did a tour Christine was very efficient at the tour and got us the perfect size of storage that we need, and in the other hand we were very pleased with all the clean, secure and lighting of the place, when we start to use the storage, we had no problems at all, very organized storage, all the staff always was promptly to help us. We really like our experience at the Public Storage, I already recommended to couple of friends. Thank you Public Storage to make a transition go smoothie and efficient.

The property managers/workers at Public Storage are helpful, kind, and motivated to help in any way necessary to make sure you have a great experience at Public Storage. They want to get to know their customers, and help with any issues or problems to make sure you are happy. And they do it with a smile! They helped me quickly when I needed to change the size of my storage unit, as well as phoned me personally to tell me if I needed to change payment or timing of payment, when I did move units. I would reccommend Public Storage to anyone, for this personalized service!
