Awful experience. I had a storage unit here with my boyfriend for a year. Originally we had a 10x10 because we were moving, and then downgraded to a 5x10. Despite downgrading, our rent continued to raise. We started our 10x10 paying $80 and by the end of the year, our rent for a 5x10 unit was $120. The facility was dirty and had dead flies all over the ground, not to mention mouse traps dated from 2014. The "climate control" area was always freezing, leading me to believe my money was not actually spent on climate control. The staff was always too busy chit chatting to help us. When we went to close our unit, TWO staff members were there helping a woman open her new unit. They made us wait until she was finished, because apparently it takes two people to help one person, meanwhile they just chatted with her. Completely disgusted with our experience, and I will never use CubeSmart again.

Came to RI for a month only and could not find an RV park that was open. (They all close for winter). We found CubsSmart and were thrilled we could get a space for a month to store our RV while we visited and stayed with family. They were extremely nice, gave us a special price they were offering for the first month even though we were only going to be there for a month. Did not feel they had to do that and told them but they did it anyway. Good business people and nice to deal with.

I conveniently reserved a cube online and Jen Chael quickly and efficiently went through registration process with me when I brought my first load of furniture. The location is great, and despite the recent snowfall the area in front of the door to the cubes was clear of any snow. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location.

Got the size storage unit I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with how tall the units are. I even saved a little money with an online coupon. There was some attempt at up selling, but it wasnt pushed too hard. The paperwork went very quickly. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
