They were very helpful and cheaper than any of the other places around. When i forgot my password they always gave me a new card or had the gate open as i got up to it and when i forgot my lock they lent me one for a couple of hours until i could get back with mine. The person i interacted with I think the general Manager Jim was very pleasant and nice to work with. The facility was exceptionally clean, I would defiantly rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

This is a great less expensive place to pay for a good amount of storage. I only needed a unit for 1 month and being a college kid moving into your first apartment, money is kinda tight LOL! Jim completely understood and offered me a great deal to rent with this company. Whatever questions I had, I would call him and he answered every single one of them with a smile on his face. I will continue to come back to this place whenever I need a unit for the summer!

I could not have higher praise for this office. I had issues with my unit and they were essentially bending over backwards to assist me with the problem. I ended up having to spend hours there waiting for assistance from and outside vendor and the managers were doing everything in their power to help me rectify the problem. Great staff--very cordial and personable. This is a top notch facility.

This is a very reputable place for storage. The staff is excellent; very good at running this location. They are friendly and always there to assist you with a smile! I received a call that I had not locked my storage unit properly, which I thought was very impressive, given the number of units they have in this location. It is kept very clean. Love the location; perfect for me.

Extra Space storage really is exactly what it says it is! I didnt realize how large the unit would be. It was spacious and clean! And the manager was very friendly and helpful! I have used Extra Space Storage in the past and will use them again in the future. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure as well. I highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs! 5 stars!

I reserved a unit online and immediately received a welcome phone call. I was advised as to what things to do ahead of time to make the process go faster. From being welcomed when we went into the rental office, the tour of the property and the unit down to the rental agreement process, all was done professionally and courteously.

Very helpful. Knew that I was coming for the first time so she left the gate open. She was there as soon as I parked ready to bring me to my unit. Signing up online was quick and easy. I am glad that I picked this company to store my stuff with. Theres also tons of security features. So no worries about anything being stolen.

Extra space storage is hands down my number one choice. The staff is very kind and helpful to their customers and Jim has personally helped me moved things on numerous occasions. I would not hestitate to extend my contract with extra space at any point. If you want some personal space up in this place, head on over to extra space!

Fantastic experience. Toured the unit and was fully rented in a day. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Prices are comparable to nearby storage facilities and the grounds are clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you need to store things around Billerica!

I booked a storage unit online at about 9pm one evening. The following day I was contacted around 9am and asked to file some paper work to secure my unit. When I arrived Alaina showed me my unit, and explained the procedures for entering the area. The entire process was simple, and extremely easy.

Nice local facility with nice staff, but way too many emails and telephone calls from the company. Here is the review Ive been asked almost daily to write. Too many emails with an unsubscribe feature that does not work. I would not rent from this company again, despite the nice local staff.
