When we went to Uncle Bobs Self Storage on Integra Drive in Concord NH today, I saw a card that asked "Did we make you smile today?" Well, to answer that question, yes the wonderful people at Uncle Bobs make me smile every day. We have rented both storage bins and auto parking spaces for the past two years there and we have been very pleased with the services there. I should say that we have rented space at other storage companys and they have either been too high priced, locked us out without notice, cut our locks and many other bad things but, we have never had any problems since we were blessed to find Uncle Bobs. When we first moved to their facility, they gave us the use of a moving truck free of charge. Their facility is the safest I have ever seen. There is a locked gate with fencing all around the storage area as well as cameras everywhere to protect your property. I feel very safe about my items being stored there. When we found that they also had mail boxes, we rented one at a much lower price then we would pay at the Post Office. Erin and Richard are always friendly and helpful. I have never went there when there was not a smile on their faces. Even if I am having a bad day, their smiles cheer me right up. If you have a problem meeting payments for a month, they work with you so you do not have to worry about loosing items you store there as long as you work with them. I can not say enough wonderful things about Uncle Bobs here in Concord, NH and would comment this place to anyone who asks.

Stored my husbands Camaro here for almost a year, they are super friendly and prices cant be beat! Security around their facility and storage units are great, the whole place is lit up at night and cameras everywhere. Felt very safe and secure leaving the car here. Our unit was very clean and had no issues with rodents or bugs. Their automatic withdrawal option was great and the ability to pay online was perfect for our situation while living over seas. We absolutely love uncle bobs storage; now life storage! Would highly recommend!!

Always a pleasant time dealing with the staff at uncle bobs in concord ,we are repeat customers for that reason,they are always cheery and polite,thats why we returned ,i dont like dealing with rude people and they are certainly not that,great accommodating service,rarely do you leave a place with an OK feeling like them,thank you,Eric and Joanne M. 2-18-15 still always pleasnt fun to tell a few jokes along the way for a laugh ,always helpful and accomodating with any of our needs or questions,highly recommend these dudes...........

The staff was very nice and made us laugh the whole time the papers were being filed, absolutely one of the best storage facilitys in the area, i would recommend this place to anybody thats looking for a friendly, secure, and clean storage environment.

Overall, no major issues. The only reson I would not give an excellent rating on quality is because it too Uncle Bobs almost 5 months to repair the exterior door so you would not be locked outside every time the door closed.
