We brought our 2012 Audi Q7 to Bay State in September of 2013. Needed to repair the bumper cover, left rear quarter panel, and left rear wheel. Ray worked with us to help manage the impact of the deductible so that the repairs were a bit more economical and the work was impeccable. The paint match was as good as could be and the work was done in the time frame promised. I would highly recommend this shop.
