Held my bike hostage after their card readers were not working and charged me 35% more on a rear tire than agreed in writing prior to service. Went to get a rear tire. Was quoted a price and left my bike with them. When I went to pick it up it was $100 more than they told me. Ok, so I get it. You cant always predict everything so I pay it. But when I try to pay them, their credit card reader is broken. We try three different cards and no go. So now I am stuck there with no ride, because they will not give me my bike, even after I offer to leave my credit card with them until they sort out their issue. Owner actually insists he drive me to a bank so I can get cash. Look no further thank performance cycle if you want to get taken for a ride, literally.

Wonderful family business! I had them refinish my motorcycle fairing. It was a custom color and I couldnt be more impressed with the quality craftsmanship. The clear coat shines like glass and the paint match is on the money. When I picked it up, the bill was considerably less than the estimate!! I couldnt be happier with the job
