What can I say? These guys did a terrific job. I had just purchased a brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata and had 300 miles on it when I was rear ended to the tune of $11,000. I had it towed to APC on the recommendation of a friend. The first thing that impressed me was their front office which was modern and clean. The second thing that impressed me was the professionalism of the entire staff. Brian explained to me everything that needed to be done, itemized all the part costs,time and labor costs to complete the work, all of which was provided to me in writing. He also coordinated getting me with a rental car until the work was completed. When my car was repaired, he stated that all their work was warranteed for the life of the vehicle. They lived up to that statement when I had to bring the car back a couple of times for some minor adjustments. They told me to bring the car in at my convenience and started work as soon as I showed up. None of the adjustments took more than an hour to complete. Any time Ive ever had to deal with an autobody repair shop the experience has been "painful, with the exception of APC. So if you taken the time to read this because youre shopping for a repair shop, stop, and bring your vehicle to them. You wont find a better autobody shop anywhere.

I had some body work done recently on my relatively new car (1 year old). The service was spectacular. From soup to nuts, the crew there will take care of you and work with the insurance company to get everything to perfection. I was able to drop off my vehicle, jump into a rental and in less than week, get my car back without having any additional effort on my part. They were also great in finding additional work needed, missed originally by the adjuster, and getting it squared away and covered. The icing on the cake was getting my car back clean and washed. Being a mother of two, I sometimes have a Cheerio and Goldfish situation that leaves something be desired. My vehicle was spotless and rugs had been washed. A++++++

Great service here. Was very easy to setup a repair. Quality of work was excellent. Their ability to work with insurance companies and having rentals on site was great. Would have liked a tad more communication on delays in repairs but thats nitpicking. Seeing the car had been washed and detailed was icing on the cake!

I got the car back washed, waxed and looking better than it has in years. The damage to the car was fixed with care. There is no way to tell anything happened. They take their time and do the job right. I will recommend APC Autobody to anyone that wants their car fixed right.
