I use to go to this place for my collision and mechanic services for over 13 years (since 1997). I brought Revitalize 4 cars a few used and the rest new to work on and I never had a problem until a few months ago. A few family members and a few friends that we had sent there complain of poor work performed by the mechanic Steve. Again, because I hadnt had problems I didnt judge! However, I had work done on my car with the breaks and alternator and I paid almost $1000 for the work to be done correctly. I had the car and in less than 3 months the breaks started to perform identical to what they were when I brought them in the first time a few months back. When I questioned the mechanic and the owner (who Ive brought business to for over a decade spending thousands over the last 13 years) about the work I was basically not taken seriously. When I complained that the breaks are performing badly again at first his mechanic tried to blame the problem on me taking my car to another mechanic and they messed up the car. Which I only in the last 13 years taken my car to Revitalize. 2nd I found out during our initial discussion on the breaks performance that what he quoted me and what I was charged were two different things. I didnt check because I trusted this company and had been doing business with them for many years. 3rd after 3 months he said that it was now something called the Master cylinder and calipers which are now going to charge me an additional $500+ dollars to fix after I just paid them $1000 three months before to so call fix the breaks and another problem. I immediately talked to the owner and let him know about my concerns about his mechanic and the problem with my car, which was obviously never fixed or a bum job was done on the breaks. After talking with the owner who I considered a friend over the years he didnt even come to my defense! He defended his mechanics job performance/quality of service. Im having identical problems with the breaks in just a short period and now you’re trying to blame the car? No, it’s your mechanic and now you’re charging me an additional $500 for two parts? There is no difference between how the breaks are performing now then when I brought them into you 3 months before, so why didnt you catch that it was the Master cylinder and calipers then? Did he really check the breaks like he said? Did he really drive the car like he said he did? He promised me he went over the car with a fine tooth comb and less than three months later Im having the SAME problem! And you’re not questioning your mechanic on the work he performed on a customer whos never complained about any of the work Revitalize has done and you’re charging me more money to fix a problem that was never fixed. Lets just say Revitalize is no longer my auto body and mechanic of choice and Id be very careful about using them and this is from someone whos entire family use to use this company for auto repair services and each has decided after having problems to move forward to a more trusting auto mechanic company. I hope this posting helps you make a decision on using Revitalize Auto because Im telling the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth about my experience with this company.

I was in a car accident about a month ago. It was during a very stressful time for me and when this happened it nearly put me over the edge. At the time of the accident, the damage was bad enough that I couldnt drive my car. To make a long story short, my insurance company had my car towed to Revitalize Auto Body. I hadnt done business with them before, so I had no first hand experience as to the quality of work they do. But I just have to say, from beginning to end, my experience with this business was superb. Richie called me as soon as the car arrived and put my mind at ease in knowing that my car was in good hands. In a day and age where good customer service is so hard to find, I have to say that Richie and his team go above and beyond in that department. And the quality of workmanship is equal to the customer service. When I picked up my car, it looked better than it did when I bought it new. I was amazed at how clean it was. It had been cleaned from top to bottom and even had the "new car smell" going on. I cant say enough how happy I was with the service they provided and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Richie and team, I truly appreciated it! Janet N.

I have never written a review before but this was just terrible servive. Dont waste your time going here. We brought a car there after an accident, we had heard they did good work. Well that was a mistake. They told us it would be 3 weeks, well 8 weeks later we are fighting with Richie to finish it and he has one excuse after another, I got slammed its summer blah, blah blah. He actually told us not to bring him anymore cars like we would ever recommend this place to anyone. Well we finally got the car back and the whole car shakes, water is coming in from the windshield (which was replaced) and the ac doesnt work. They also prided themselves on their paint jobs but there is paint on the inside of the headlights covers. So we are having someone else look at the car, we need the car it cant be gone for another 8 weeks. The charged us more than the $500 deductible. However my engine had been power washed so that looked pretty. Like I said dont wate your time, go to a mechanic that is reliable.

First, let me start by saying that Im the guy that parks the furthest away from other cars to avoid door dings. I wash my truck every other day and wax it every other week in the summer months. Obsessive?, maybe. I prefer to be known as a person who takes tremendous pride in their vehicles. Recently I had the bad luck of being rear-ended; events like that would typically ruin me, but I have the good fortune of having found Revitalize Auto Body a year ago. I cant imagine that any other shop could compete with their attention to detail, experience and outstanding customer service. I cant say enough about them. I am not a relative, nor a part of the company and have nothing to gain by giving them praise, they totally earned it. A happy customer, once again!

FANTASTIC. Was in a fender bender that put a hole in our bumper. We tried to save a buck by using an eBay company that will send you vehicle parts "painted to match", after 3 bumpers that didnt match, I stopped in on Wednesday and dropped the car off to have the bumper that didnt match painted to match. 2 DAYS LATER, after painting, installing the bumper and blending adjacent panels-we got a courtesy call saying our car was ready. To our surprise, when I showed to pick my wifes vehicle up, it was in the WASH BAY, one of the owners son had just finished cleaning and detailing the INSIDE AND OUT, unexpected and FREE. All I can say is WOW. What excellent customer service, ALL MY AUTOBODY needs will be going back here. THANK YOU REVITALIZE!!!
