As a trainer I love what crossfit 110 has and their programming. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and are always great role models, as they see you struggling you see them struggling as well and see how human they are just like you and me! I enjoy going every single day despite probably regretting every work out while i am there. The feeling after is incredible!

I dropped in on a couple classes while in town for a business trip. Crossfit 110 was extremely welcoming and the trainers were both exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The members were also nice while the gym was in great shape and had fantastic equipment. I would definitely drop in again when back and highly recommend!
