Worst service ever. After leaving there my car has had nothing BUT problems. I had no issues EVER for 2 years until I took my car here for an oil change just because my mehcanic was booked up. One time and they come out and tell me I need to get a new transmission that all my lines need to be replaced, all this crap!! Which my father is always checking my car.. he never found anything. Told me they can repair my lines for 600 minimum ... After going here my car has never been the same! SEARS IS THE WORST COMAPNY NO ONE GO HERE THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!

Bought a battery in Oct 16. Its not holding a charge. Mechanic told me to take it back and replace it. Took it in an they claim its a good battery...of course. Mechanics (notice the "s") says they are full of ****. Ive been a loyal customer of Sears batteries for over 25 years all over the US. This was a 2nd shady strike against them at this ONE location...enough to make it so I will never shop Sears again. Honesty goes a long way.

Horrible Service isnt good at all, went in for an oil change they told me in 2 hrs, so after I went back to pick up my truck they havent even brought it inside yet then they tell me in the next hour, so I decided to wait if I didnt stay there waiting they wouldnt have done anything to it until almost closing time, they should leave the Sears in Swansea open cause the service was a lot better and close this one in Dartmouth.

I SEEM TO BE A JOKE AT THIS SEARS SITE. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IVE PAID, I EXSPECT BETTER CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND A BETTER JOB AT REPAIRING THE DAMAGE THE BREAKS CAUSED TO MY ROTTERS. THE STAFF IS BIAS AND TOLD LIES ABOUT THE SERVICE DONE. THE MACHANIC IS WRONG ABOUT THE SITUATION THAT ACCURED, THE MANAGER IS EITHER BLIND OR A PART OF THE WHOLE SCAM TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE WHO PAY.

This is one place that doesnt lisen to what there customers ask for , i asked for a front end alignment because my truck only requires it as its a pick up truck that you cant align the back two wheels. And they were so be littling , and rude.
