After months of searching for a very specific type of used vehicle, I found one that was located thousands of miles from my home on Ebay. The vehicle was located in Lynn MA, and I am from Texas. I sat and weighed the risk of buying a vehicle from Ebay Motors without ever having seen it. There was just no way that I would allow myself to do it, there was just too much risk. My only option and hope was that I could find someone qualified to do the vehicle inspection on my behalf before I bid on the vehicle. I googled “pre vehicle inspection Boston Ma, and The Driveway Doctors popped up. I really liked their pre inspection check list and it was common sense. I called them on a Friday morning and within hours they had a skilled mechanic at the seller’s door. The technician they sent, Peter, completed a 30+ point inspection on the vehicle, used a floor jack to raise the vehicle from all angles and snapped 32 pictures. Then he called me and gave me a quick rundown of the vehicle’s condition. It turns out that the vehicle was in great shape for the age and all of the major mechanical components were in working order. I clicked the Buy it Now , and now I own the vehicle. The auction was only hours from ending and thanks to their very prompt service I was able to get a fantastic deal. I want to express a sincere thank you to Peter and the guys at The Driveway Doctors for doing such and awesome job, at a great price, and sending such detailed records to my email. Keep up the great work.

On 9/12/2014 My 2006 Acura MDX has 4 lights on (ABS, exclamation, VSA and SHAWD). I have contacted Driveway Doctor engineer via email. I have been told that I need to pay $40 diagnosis fee and usually, these problems are related. So, I have stoped by at Peabody shop and Gordie (shop mechanic engineer) has diagnosed my car and replaced two ABS sensors. Unfortunately, there are still two lights on after the repairing (Exclamation and VSA are still on). At this point Gordie told me that he dont know why :-). So,I paied the money around two hundreds and drive my car home with two light on instead 4 lights. Overall, I believe that the shop is fairly honest for the estimating work and price. However, if the works are bit complicated. you might still have to go to the dealer. Hope this review helps you. George

Love this service. They came to my house for an oil change a few weeks ago. After that, I found out I needed brakes and my old mechanic said it would be $800 or so. Driveway Doctors did it at my office for $300. 1. They come to you 2. They have great prices 3. They are really really nice. Pete who came out to me was very friendly and professional! Will be using them for everything in the future. Highly recommend.

Heard about Driveway Doctors from a friend. Called them up for a quote on getting my brakes done. They were $200 cheaper than my old mechanic, booked the job. I had them come out to my office and they did the repair right there, while I was working. Really cool idea!!
