Its nice to have air conditioning again.... More expensive than I had hoped, but I knew there was something more that needed fixing than just recharging the system. Great folks, got me right in and were courteous enough to shuttle me home once we knew what the duration of repair was going to be. Convenient location on route 1. I happened to be in Walmart, earlier that day so I asked them about the A.C. work... They did not do that type work and recommended "In Tune". Maybe the name sounds too much like a Car Stereo installation outfit !!! I suggest you give them a try !! Paul 2-man-now-ski

This is what an auto repair shop should be. Highly skilled Techs. Great equipment. Comfortable waiting area. Honest folks who dont take advantage of those of us w/o car knowledge. They undercharged me by $50 in an error which I discovered. I called to tell them Id stop in and pay the undercharged amount. The owner called me and said "our bad". Keep the extra $50 and have dinner on me. Ive heard folks say they are expensive. I say you get what you pay for. Quality work. Done right the first time. Thanks guys. Nice work on my 2004 VW Phaeton.

I heard their ad on the radio and decided to stop in to inquire about my Audis AC. I was quoted a fair price to have the system checked and recharged. To my delight they offered to do it right away. So I grabbed a chair in a very comfortable waiting area, read some magazines and watched a little TV. After a little while Sean informed me that my car was all set and only needed to have the correct refrigerant charge put in. They added some dye to keep an eye on a future potential leak. I look forward to the next time I need work done on my A4Q.

I believe that In Tune is outstanding at their profession! They are very knowledgeable and professional. We have 5 vehicles in our work fleet and I prefer not to bring them to any other garage for service or repairs. I bring my wifes, my daughters and soon my sons cars to In Tune and that means a lot as you feel you are putting your families well being in the hands of your auto repair shop. I give In Tune 5 stars (6 if I could)! I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys (as usual) and keep up the good work! 2 thumbs up from me!

I have been going to In Tune for more than 12 years. A good friend recommended In Tune to me when they were at their previous location. I have gone there ever since.The primary reason I can run my cars over 200,000 miles is because of the excellent customer service (able to take the car in an hour or the next day) as well as the excellent repair work done by outstanding mechanics. They have always tried to fit the repair service to meet my busy schedule.I trust their judgment and have recommended In Tune to many of my friends.

I have been going to In-Tune for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. They have always been professional and nice and fun to talk to, never rude. The mechanics are proficient and have multiple certifications in many different areas. They always do a thorough run through of the car to check for any problem areas they need to keep an eye on (I run my cars into the ground and they are the reason why they last over 300,000 miles). I recommend this place to anyone, they are affordable and reliable and fantastic service!

I have been going to IT for years. Sean and Colleen are very pleasant to deal with, and I always leave feeling that I have been treated well. Anything that is wearing out but has life left is put on a watch list. They do not pressure you to replace anything until it needs replacing, and I appreciate that. this place truly is unique. I suggest you try Intune next time your car needs work. I expect that you will leave feeling confident about your vehicle and comfortable about your wallet.

Exrtremely rude & condescending receptionist. I work for AAA, and I called once to verify information on a members vehicle and she was very unhelpfull. I could tell in her voice that she had an attitude problem. This place could do alot better if it didnt have jerks working for them! ...Just my opinion!
