Couldnt have had a more terrible experience. I took my car there and it cost me $600 to "fix" it. When I drove away the engine light was still on, but I needed the car for work and the shop was closing, so I figured I would take it back if need be. I got it home, but 15 minutes into my drive to work it broke down. I had to get it towed and wait on the side of a busy highway for two hours. No apologies from them, (literally, they were like " ohhhh, what happened?") and they charged me hundreds of more dollars saying it was a different problem and made me wait days for my car while they figured it out. When I got it back IT WAS STILL BROKEN. 5 times I had to bring my car to them! $1500 dollars, weeks worth of time, a bunch of rides from other people, and two days of missed work until it finally passed insp, and the car still does not run great (runs, but not as well as it used to).I would have junked it if I knew it was going to cost me, piece mail, what I owed on it. But of course they did not fix it completely the first or second time so I would know what I was getting myself into. Now I am out $1500 dollars and still have to pay my car payments. During this entire time, they acted like they were sick of me, regardless of my sunny demeanor through the ordeal. They would go full days without updating me, and I always had to call them. At the end of the 5TH time(!!!) that I brought it to them, I asked them to get it inspected for me to prove that it was fixed and could pass. I picked it up and they were like, by the way you owe us $35 dollars for the inspection. REALLLLY!? After leaving me with a broken car, having to bring the car to you on 5 occasions, having to pay for a tow after you "fixed " it, leaving me without a car for weeks at a time and not being thorough or up front about anything you are going to ask me for $35 dollars? They didnt even do any little extras that come standard in normal garages that give a crap... like oh, you need an oil change, or let me top of your fluids or check your tire pressure just to show that Im being thorough or thoughtful in any way shape or form. They literally did not care at all how much the costed me or inconvenienced me. Dont bring your car here. - Just a note to add in that shortly after I wrote this review my engine light came back on. So after all the time, money and headache, my car is STILL not fixed.

Magno auto repair was the WORST place I could EVER have taken my car to. They told me I had so many different things wrong with my vehicle, i had to get a new water pump, 4 sensors, timing belt, etc, in order to get my cadillac cts running in perfect condition. Well, not even a month later my car broke down and now its at a shop where the mechanic has informed me that the service done on my car by Magnos was the cause of my engine almost blowing. Magnos people left wires disconnected, sensors that were switched, they were all in wrong places, they put my engine back together but left screws out and that caused oil to leak all over the engine and brand new parts I had just spent 600$ on. There was also oil leaking from behind the pulleys, which were aparently too small. All that amongs other things, he destroyed my vehicle. After paying so much for a job, I really expected him to do it right, but I am very dissapointed and angry with this experience. My car is currently at another shop, where my vehicles engine was put completely apart and numerous parts are being changed due to damage caused by him. And Magno will not do anything about it. Also, the receipt he gave my only says "work done for x amount of money" so there isnt much I could do legally. The most dishonest and iresponsible bussiness Ive ever came across!

Never Ever go to this place. It was recommended by an acquaintance and I landed up to the place as I needed to change my front brakes and rear shoes for my Honda Civic 2012 LX. I bought my brakes and shoe from AutoZone as they agreed to use the parts which I bought. The parts coasted me around $280 with rotors for front brakes. After 1 month of the repair was done my car started making strange noise from the front tires/brakes. This time I went to Sears to get my brake evaluated and they told me that my front calipers were completed damaged bcoz the brakes were not fitted properly. Not only that they also informed me that my rear shoes were never changed. Magno stole the rear shoe that I have given them and never changed them and now when I went to them they say that I have driven all this while for over a month with my hand break ON (Civic has sensors to alerts about it). I sincerely feel what happened with me should not happen to anyone else.

Stay away from this place. If you ever do any work on your car there ask for a detailed work order receipt. And be prepared to be fooled around with countless excuses. My car was there for days and nothing got fixed.And worst! My vehicle left his shop with more problems then it had before. They replaced my car battery without asking and their price was almost double then the average price. I can make a list of problems this guy caused to my vehicle. Plus the bulls*** excuses he makes thinking that you are stupid. Ask around...look at the reviews about this place.

They are very professional with me, They explain everything to me about how my vehicles works and they give me options and advice: to fix , keep maintenance on time , and replacement of parts with good price and reliable brands parts for my vehicles. I have been bringing my cars to Magno Auto Repair for 11 years. Magno and all of his team treat me with respect and it feels they are part of my family. They are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They really know what they are doing. Every time I go there Magno and Junior are always ready to help me and explain the problems with my car. They always tell me if something needs to be fixed with emergency or if it could wait. They dont play games. I am really grateful for being Magnos customer and I highly recommend!!

We hit a pot hole within 20 minutes of our 4 hour drive, and drove the scary 1.4 miles off of 290 to find relief at Mango auto repair! They were so helpful, stayed open late to help us get the part we needed and get us back on the road! Excellent service! Excellent, good people.
