This Firestone doesnt care about helping people at all I got a flat tire on my RV not far from this one called they said sure come over. I limp my RV there go inside guy say oh that thing nope cant do it. I said I called he said come over. The guy looks over at the Manager and he said this is the RV guy that called and Manager says nope cant do it wont fit in our bay. I say ok i will take off tire you change it out he says nope cant help you. So here i am 5 kids the wife and my mom broken down at firestone and they refuse to help. Instead they then start making fun of us being broken down in their lot and tells me I got to get the rv out of their lot. I hope when in need this Manager gets as much help as he gave me which is none i will never recommend a firestone or ever buy a firestone tire instead i will be telling everyone i see this story and the service they provide when someone needs help. Worst place ever. Go to town fair tire those guys were awesome helped me out and stayed late to get the job done. Cant give them enough props for helping me and my family get back on the road. Town Fair Tire got a lifetime customer out of me and my family and will always recommend them. Plus they gave me a great deal on tires. Firestone nothing but a waste of time and aggrevation.

My spark plug blew out when I was on the highway. The mechanic at Firestone accused me of not maintaining my car properly. When I asked him to explain what I should be doing, such as having the spark plug torque checked at regular intervals, instead of giving me a straight answer he gave me an argument, and said, "Its like if you dont take care of your arm, it will fall off", which is just about the worst analogy Ive ever heard. In the end, they charged me $50 to put in a new spark plug, which was kind of pricey, but at least got me home. It was also a good thing theyre open on Sundays. I then brought the car to an engine specialist, who said the threads were fine and there was nothing else to fix, so the plug had just randomly worked itself loose over time. It would have been nice if Firestone had figured that out, and hadnt given me the attitude.

Got tires, alignment, and oil change. Made an appointment, which I think is a must because if you walk in, you risk a long wait. I thought I needed brakes but they didnt rip me off. They told me brakes are fine. I got a great deal on tires and alignments for life. The manager, Mike, is very personable and friendly and helpful. He gave me a coupon post purchase because it didnt make it into my initial sale. Very accommodating. I will be a loyal customer!!

I recently bought some tires here, and one of them was put on incorrectly. I brought it in to have it fixed and waited 75 minutes for them to put the tire back on its rim put the tire back on the car. I was told that that the repair would be done right away. There was no attempt at all to make a customer happy after what should have been a very embarrassing mistake.

When I damaged my radiator on a piece of scrap metal on the highway, they were very helpful, and when they werent able to fix my car the same day, they provided me with a rental free of charge so I could still make it to work over the next few days. Their prices were somewhat high, but they went the extra mile to make sure I wouldnt be stuck without a car.

My husband had called and asked if they had the tires for his car, they said Fitchburg had them and they would go and get them be there at 3:30. He came for his appointment at Leominster and they said basically no one could or wanted to go get the tires and they werent going to do it, go to Fitchburg. Laziness and lack of customer service.

Lazy. It was busy day but the assistant and technician didnt care one bit. 2 tires took 3 hours and they didnt provide any information.
