I was very impressed with the service that was offered to me at the Safelite location in Tilton, NH. The gentleman introduced himself to me, inspected my vehicle before he began work on it, and set expectations up front. The cost was also around half of what other local shops were charging, and the service took an hour less than other local shops estimated. They also cleaned all of my mirrors and windows and vacuumed my car to ensure that there were no glass pieces anywhere. I would definitely return to Safelite (should I ever have the need), and plan to recommend them to all my friends and family in need.

Went in about a month ago for a loose seal. Called, explained the issue, and they said to bring it right over. I cant remember the gentlemans name but he fixed it right away and let me ask a million questions and he kindly answered them without hesitation. I lived on Cape Cod for 2 years and learned a lot about sand blasted windshield issues. I bought my Subaru in VA and they had these awful, partially falling off inspection stickers. He took them right off without hesitation. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service!
