We used Casey Movers last month April 2016. We downsized from a big 9 room plus garage house to a condo. The original quote was lower than the two others I got. Good for the budget but it did worry me. I didnt have time to check reviews online as our sale and move transpired so quickly. We hired them to pack everything but turned out I was able to pack everything but the kitchen. They did that room and reviewed all the other rooms I packed to be sure there would be no issues with what I did. Moving day they arrived on time with a huge semi truck and angled it crossways across some of our lawn-asking first and laying down plywood to protect it! This way our street was accessible to neighbors. Everyone was introduced, quick walk through and off to work they went! By starting with the top floor, I was able to follow them with vacuuming and checking the rooms. They took all furniture apart. Carpeting was protected as were stair rails. All mirrors were wrapped. We mostly sat on lawn chairs and watched! We had a one day holdover (price for which was reasonable). Move in day went great. I tagged the rooms with the names used on my boxes and did a walk through. All boxes placed in/near rooms as marked. All beds assembled and mirrors in place as well as tvs on stands. We were running over the stated time and since we had not used all the quoted packing time on day 1 (since I packed all but one room), they called Deidre who got the ok to apply that unused time to delivery day. No additional charges. No breakage of anything and I have unpacked most of it. Great communication from Deirdre and she remembered to ask if we needed mattress bags and what size. They arrived spotless and no damage. Thank you for keeping us within budget and making an emotional move -from our home of 32 years to our retirement condo - so seamless. (I am still amazed there were no problems after hearing moving horror stories! ) I happily recommend Casey Movers ! Your team was professional, considerate, fast, careful and again -amazing! Thanks again, Colette and Paul Walukevich

Movers worked fast and under the minimum for the days, however they charged us $275 in overtime for the move above agreed upon price because they had to drive our belongings to the new location. They knew all of the addresses, this should have been in the original estimate! We tried to call the office to question the overtime charge, but no one who could answer was there. We paid them cash for the overtime, on top of the cash tip we paid the moving crew each day. The next day we started to notice that tools were missing, after unpacking we realized almost $1200 of stuff was unaccounted for! We contacted Casey Movers within the 15 day window to let them know that items were missing from our move and asked what we should do next. The claim form wasnt even long enough to list all of the stuff that was missing! We continued to follow call for updates and to confirm receipt of the claim, the additional items and the overtime chargers, being told that the claims manager was on vacation, in a meeting or left early for the day and never addressing the other very specific questions. Both of us called to talk to someone a few times, almost every time, being rudely dismissed and then not even being able to address any of our simple questions. They never returned our calls or messages. 4 weeks later we finally got Matt Overstreet on the phone and he said that they couldnt verify that the missing items were ever there and that the best they could offer us was $60 based on the weight of the missing items! No mention of reimbursement for the overtime charges! Clearly- WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CASEY MOVERS! In our experience they were dishonest, misleading and have terrible customer service and there are plenty of other movers in the area that dont treat people this way!

Casey movers is a very professional moving company ,I have to say there employees carried there self in a professional Manor, they were polite an courteous to me an my family and extremely helpful in my case when its not required . All in all they were great, Matt was awesome he is the management I definehe made sure I was taken care of an they verified every step of the way, to make sure I was getting what I needed & the job order was for filled . They as well verified all crucial info needed for the job & all paperwork, along with tht they confirmed my reservations, including dates, addresses, & any personal requests. The company offers moving an packing materials if needed as well which is a plus, in my case I didnt need any packing or special moving materials I already had a packed up storage unit. I have to say upon arrival the movers greeted me an introduced them selves to me & identified the company they represented. When they began the job every item they moved or handled, "I was asked where I wanted it located in my home" the 3 movers basically sorted the boxes to where they belonged in the house. Which was very helpful an worked out suffient for me later They finished timely an even helped me assemble & place a few of my things up (my 55" LG TV on to the harness which is connected to my entertainment center) when its not required of them.. None of my belongings were broken or damaged, all my stuff was 100% OK. This company was on time, ready to get the job done an it was done in a very very reasonable amount of time with there organized plan an team efforts together goooo "Team-Casey Movers "!!! I would recommend an use them again for any future moves!!! Thank you Casey Movers, management, and there moving laborers..

I recently moved to Queen Annes Drive in Weymouth with the help of Casey movers. It was a very stressful time, as it was a last minute decision to sign the lease and move. Rob, Josh and Tim recognized the urgency of our schedule and they were more than accommodating to our needs. They showed up early and exhibited great professionalism throughout the move. My girlfriend and i had a brand new $1300 dollar bedroom set, $1000 couch and a $800 dollar black leather recliner that we were very concerned about being damaged during the move. After witnessing how they did business before handling our furniture, my mind was at ease, rightfully so. Everything that went in to our small, basement level-narrow door apartment, went in the same way that it came out of my old house in Hanson. I definitely made the right decision using Casey movers, rather than Bobs discount furniture delivery service, Bobs always screws something up-if not everything. Will definitely be recommending Casey movers to friends and family, and will be using them again in the future! Will be recommending Bobs discount furniture to my worst enemies for poor service and damaged furniture.

Had a horrible experience with Casey Movers. We had someone come out to give us a price to move our furniture. The reasons we chose Casey Movers was because we needed to put our stuff in storage and we were told by the person that came out to look at the house, that we could leave all our stuff in their truck for a fee, which we accepted. We received a quote, which was reasonable and set up the movers to come out on Sunday, June 30th. They arrived with 3 movers to move our house and when they saw what was being moved they said they couldnt do the move for that price. They also claimed that they would have to charge us to load, unload into their storage facility, load and unload again at our new house, at 4X the price they gave us. We had them leave, because it was not what the proposal quoted. They would not honor it. When we tried calling the office, no one answered or called us back. Also, we were told that the person who came to give us a quote was no longer working for them. How convenient.......... the old bait and switch, they prey on people in desperate situations....BEWARE
