I cant say enough good things about Durbrow Performance Training. I have had a really amazing experience so far and am seeing great results. I discovered Durbrow through a BuyWithMe deal. I tried out a couple of classes and really liked it, so I was interested in signing up for a year. I wasnt sure I could make the commitment though and had some doubts. I had pretty much resolved myself to letting it go, and thats when Callie pulled me aside and talked with me about the concerns I was having. I was pleasantly surprised by this because I am not used to that kind of personal attention when working out. She was extremely helpful and friendly and that is what made the difference for me. There have been a couple of times when I had to miss class because was sick or out of town, but Callie and Emily are pretty flexible with letting you make up classes. You know the feeling when you go into the gym that you are just more money in their bank account? You will never feel that way at Durbrow. Callie and Emily (who is my regular trainer) are really committed to helping their clients achieve their goals. They get really excited when people make progress and are clearly doing what they love. Ive never felt like I was really part of a fitness community before, but thats exactly what Durbrow has become for me. Being part of a small group training sessions is a lot of fun. Its great to see other people pushing themselves and nice to encourage others when they are struggling. Before Durbrow I never had a plan to accomplish my fitness goals. I always just worked out and and hoped I would look and feel better. I would do whatever workouts I felt like at the time but I never really knew how to combine different workouts to achieve the best results and I never pushed myself to learn new things. But now I have a plan, and I have people to help me follow through on it. In addition to actual training time, Callie provides a lot of nutrition advice and cardio interval workouts to help speed up your progress. Ive been going for a couple of months now and am already seeing great results. I cant wait for my next measurement. At my first (6 weeks) I lost 10 inches of body fat and somewhere between 2 and 3 pounds of pure fat. Woohoo! I wasnt big to start with so that is a lot. Ive noticed that I am developing great tone in my arms legs and abs and cant wait to see the additional progress I will make over the next couple of months. The new facility is really nice. It has parking and is not too far from the Kendall T stop so its convenient for pretty much everyone. They have a ton of really fun equipment (ropes, valslides, sledgehammers, sandbags, kettleballs, weights, etc, etc.)

I have been working out with Callie and Emily at Durbrow Performance Training for a little over 6 months now, and I really love it. The whole idea of small group training is really awesome and since there is a great mix of people to work out with (men and women from 18-60, all fitness levels), you never feel like you have to keep up with anyone but yourself. Callie and Emily are always pushing me to challenge myself and I am never bored with a workout, but they also help me to work within the limitations set by an old shoulder and knee injury from skiing. I am getting stronger every day and have lost many inches and several pounds of pure fat already. I was never a morning person, so getting up to work out before work was never something I though I would do, much less enjoy. Well, my mindset is completely changed, and I cant imagine ever going back to working out after work. I have so much more energy and so much more of my day. I have also learned how to get a lot out of my workout, so when I use my lunch hour to do some cardio sprints or a short full-body workout, I know that I am actually accomplishing something. Callie and Emily are great about constantly challenging you and keeping your motivation up without being pushy or annoying. They also offer great nutrition advice and regular checkins so you can keep track of your progress. Thanks!!

Callie and Emily are two amazing women that have really honestly changed my life! I go and workout twice a week with her in a small group of 3-6 other people for a circuit style workout. We work our TUSHES off! Ive been going to DPF for a year now and never get bored of her workouts-she always has something totally new and exciting to do to keep you on your toes! The classes are made up of people from 18-50 of all fitness levels and trust me each and every one of us leaves class feeling accomplished with that exercise high in place. Callie is a great cheerleader without being super annoying-sometimes youll take a class and you just wanna be like SHUT UP as they tell you to work through your pain etc. Callie gives nutrition advice, stretching advice, lifestyle advice....she can get you from a couch potato to a gym rat or a slightly fit person to a marathon runner in no time. I really feel Ive become a new person in the past year-I have more confidence, I can book it to the T without being out of breathe, I can carry my groceries home than before, and my boyfriend cant keep his hand off my tush its so rock hard! Im lucky to have found her!
