DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. This place is dirty, machines do not work, full of lairs, and they rob you out of your money. I signed up right at the beginning of the year. Then I asked if they offer any free trainer sessions with new members. I was told no then yes then no I still do not know the answer. Cynthia was is the assistant manager was pushing to sign up. I was hesitant due to money and she said"if I had to move just show her a piece of mail and I can cancel the contract" This was an absolute lie!! I lost my job last week and had to move back in with my parents showed them I was moving. She completely blew me off handed me a paper stating on the top I had to pay the full term of my agreement. I tried to have her explain it she would just walk away and mumble. This is unprofessional! I mean I cannot even imagine this happening in real life I thought I was on some TV show. She literally would just keep walking away. So I had to speak to someone else who informed me that unless I was moving 25+ miles away from any LA Fitness that I could not break the contract. I explained my situation that I do not have a job and they just said call customer service. Not even to attempt to call a manager when I was there. Regarding the physical training sessions themselves I was supposed to get 2-3 free and I received 1 if you would call it that. It was just the physical assessment they give you before you sign up for a trainer. Again lied too. Then I started working with my first trainer. He could care less about me reaching my goals. He just wanted his money and be on his way. He was 5min late one time and I was fine with that he did make up the time. The next week I was 5min late and he cut off early and not because he was busy. He just went to the front desk to scan people in. The third week he never even showed up and he made no appointments for the future! I went to someone saying I need a new trainer cause this one obviously is not working. No one wipes down in this gym and part of me does not blame them because the paper towels & disinfectant are not readily available and half the paper towel dispensers do not work. Avoid any contact to your eyes or top of your water bottle with your hands. Cardio equipment is always broken and always dirty. As in you can see brown layers of filth on machines. Weights are never put back its a scavenger hunt, and the cable machines are always missing clips. I would go to Planet Fitness in a heartbeat unless you need classes or a pool. I am writing this 6 weeks into the year and I am already on my 2nd physical trainer and canceling my membership.

Dirty place. Chlorinated toxic poll rather then clean healthy non toxic salt water or ozone. Rude people. Sauna has burning hot stones people literaly burn ru ber balls on it and you in hale the toxic fumes. Not fun or healthy. Locker room dirty. Big huge place with plenty equipment but classes are outdated and have mostly bad instructors. Just to put ac on in the summer they have to call corporate in Texas! Its about saving money and cutting corners to please shareholders. Did i mention the toxic poison used to clean the showers they have people put on masks to apply the toxic chemicals geesh do you think maybe if its that toxic to apply maybe you shouldnt expose people that want to be healthy to it lol. Try healthy options non toxic break the contract with local contractor and for once do the ethical thing use green non toxic produxts for cleaning aNd the pool.

I would never think that about this gym, they are not professional, they dont great you when you log in or enter the gym. Yes it is very clean, i have been with them for 2 1/2 years. i had to say goodbye to them , i was not happy with the trainers they treat there customer very rude, they ignore you if you ask questions. It is sad to say that i am going to miss my sauna, i will miss that, and only that. I know other people who also have left, for the same issue. i would not recommends this gym.

I like it because location. But honestly this gym has been the same since launching years ago. Machines will go weeks sometimes months without being repaired, it used to be clean all the time now I see paper towels everywhere. I liked the cleaning staff being there throughout the day. Im here for now but when I move Im definitely moving gyms. Make LA fitness great again !!!

The bathrooms are always dirty and out of paper towels. The weights are always out of place , and they have a bunch of staff standing around and no one to put the weights away ,some of which are misplaced by the trainers. The staff is rude, most of the times no one greets you when you walk in. Today I cancelled my membership because of their bad customer service.

This gym has a pool, basketball court, racquetball courts, aerobic studio, punching bags, spin cycling room, lockers room and suana. For the most part the gym is good. However, when things break, it takes a long time to get them fixed and the staff doesnt always provide the most inviting atmosphere.

Very easy to sign up they make it very defficult to cancel. My situation has changed and now with a new born and a toddler going to the gym no longer fits into my schedulle and even though I have no contract cancelling is very dedficult and i m still tryinf to cancel it

It feels pretty clean and new, especially compared to the Walpole location. Machines are pretty readily available and the crowd is sold. Wish there was a little more floor space.

Great gym equipment. So so on the cleanliness. WiFi is OK. no dryer in the locker room for wet close. Basketball court. Kind of tight. 5 Racket ball courts. Does the job.

They keep it pretty clean and its not packed for late evenings. Good for all around workouts plus full size pool. Winston is an awesome pick for advice if youre new

Really nice vibe there, friendly people, personal trainers are excellent and the classes are really fun. Ive also never found it to be dirty or crowded.

Get rids all of the front desk staffs or freaking train them how to smile/said hi. Their faces always look like a left over pizzaaaa for days.

You never have to wait to use the equipment. Staff could be more friendly (some are) and bathrooms could be better maintained.

Dirty places, only 1 sink works in men locker room. Trash everywhere play looks like its cleaned once a week.
