Went to get my mom a wash cut and dry and after over an hour wait was told by the stylist Rowena that she wasnt going to do the service. This to me is the epitamy of unprofessionalism. Oh did I mention it was our first time at that establishment?... way to WOW the customer as they say on their website. An hour plus of time that I wont get back and still didnt leave with her hair done. I would have given zero stars if possible. If you get into the customer service biz then you better like serving people or get into a new line of work. Please drive further down the road and get your hair done at the Medford Salem St. location, they really now how to treat their customers there and seem to me to be much friendlier. I will never go to this location again nor do I recommend this location based on the level, or better said lack thereof, customer service.

The lady who did my hair was nice, but my hair cut was not okay. I got my hair styled into a non-layered chin length bob. After I left I found 4 random chunks of hair that were about 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair. It looks pretty sloppy and I had to cut the excess hair off so that it was all the same length. Careless mistakes on a pretty simple hair cut.

Great location in the outlet mall. Barbers are really good and they understand the need of customers. Pretty exclusive store on hair care products. Value for money deals on hair cut, styling etc.
