So as a guy I never had a pedicure before and this was a great place to go. I booked it for Valentines Day with my girlfriend and the minute you walk in the door you are greeted and asked if youd like a beverage. I use to work in retail and in the food service industry and must say that this is top notch quality service you get. The two ladies who did mine and my girlfriends pedicures were so nice. My girlfriend got a manicure as well by the same lady and said that they took such good care of her fingers and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The one lady who took care of me kept asking if I was okay as she did everything knowing that it was my first pedicure and I might be uncomfortable, but it was the complete opposite it was so relaxing. They did such a good job, my girlfriend who clearly as more experience then me with getting them said this was the best one she ever received. This is a must go it is a nice, clean and very well maintained business and not to mention it is a ran and operated by the owner so you know you get the best service every time. Cannot recommend this place enough!

They really need to learn to handle peoples comments well. I had got a head massage from them from a therapist who apparently was an expert at massages. The message was ok and at the end of the service the lady tells me that she dosent do massages at all, which made me question if I should trust them again ever. Thinking that I have had a couple of services from them before, I thought of emailing them first instead of posing a review to which their owner called and spoke for half an hour defending her employee and in mood to understand the client side of the story. He even had the audacity to say that it looked like I was happy with the service because he had apparently seen me interacting with the therapist after the massage. Good behavior dosent mean I loved the service and Im ok with you guys giving the wrong information while booking an appointment.

Hands down the most soul nourishing spa experience Ive had to date! I have always been an AVEDA lover and was seeking a little respite from a lengthy hospitalization of my baby boy keeping us nearly 2 months away from home in Newport, RI. I booked a half day of treatments and could not have chosen a better place! From the moment you walk in the door the light scent of healing herbs greets and delights your senses and the smiling staff begin the spoiling. The facial was sublime, the massage unrivaled, the mani and pedi amazingly peaceful, warm, nurturing and relaxing. I felt like a friend by the time I left. A friend whos soul just got a giant bowl of healing AVEDA soup. Thanks to all the SWAY staff who made this girls day and then some! ❤️❤️ Highly HIGHLY recommend this oasis of awesome to everyone near and far who are in the Boston area. - C. Hall

I was looking for an ethical and fabulous nail salon/spa, and Ive found it. Sway in Kenmore Square not only lived up to, but exceeded my expectations. Very nice, courteous and helpful people. Gentle touch on my pedi, sample colors on my nails to make a final color choice, and an over-coat with specks that really add pizazz to my toes! I had the Aveda Pedicure - which included a leg/foot massage that went on and on. I was in heaven! Knowing that their staff is well-paid and working under good working conditions makes me even more satisfied. This will be my go-to spa from now on.

I would highly recommend Sway Spa. This morning I had one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The massage itself was about 35 minutes and the pedicurist took her time throughout the appointment. For $35, the pedicure is worth every dollar. I cant wait to come back again and try a manicure as well. The spa is conveniently located right near Kenmore T stop and is small, so make sure you book your appointment ahead of time.

Our massages were excellent. Both masseuses were attentive, responsive, skilled and professional. The general spa staff ranged from very helpful to not very helpful/informative. The facilities are nice (major renovations since we were last here years ago!) although the chairs by the communal tub were uncomfortable enough that we headed back to our room to relax instead. We definitely recommend the Waterfall private tub.

Just had an amazing massage with Lucy and my daughter had a really good facial with Nadine who gave some great recommendations that in all honesty sounded better than the ones given by her doctor (not a skin doctor, a general practitioner). Her forehead looks dramatically better.

What a great experience! As an out-of-state visitor, this place was welcomed retreat. The people here are the sweetest, and the manicure/pedicure was perfect. Couldnt ask for a better experience! Highly recommended!
