Terrible!!!!! Made an appointment, someone walks in after you and hear them say " I dont have an appointment to the girl " be she gets walked over immediately, waited 30 minutes before I walked out!!!!!!!! Went to Middletown, what a great experience, never go to the Newport store!!!!!!!!!!
