I have been a Fantastic Sams (Warren RI) customer for years. I find my stylist to be professional, expert at color and styles my hair fashionably. The key with any salon is to communicate with the stylist. In order to get what you want (or think you want), you have to be specific. No complaints here - also very accommodating.

If I could give LESS than one star, I would! They absolutely BUTCHERED my boyfriends hair! He went in and asked for a fade and they shaved it with a one and left it on long on the very very top! AWFUL service! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Me and my family have gone there for years never a problem .My husband has a fade without any issues. We love it there great attitude they all have.(Warren RI )

Gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. If you are looking for a fade, go to a different salon or barbershop in the area. Its worth the extra few bucks.
