Terrible customer service... last night as I was walking by, I noticed there were only a couple of girls in there but the place was dead. As I walked up the girl that was working was not very pleasant. I asked if she could cut my daughters hair and she said "no." Perhaps it was the the look I gave her or something but she said "Do you want to come back at 7:30?" I said, no. She said, "yeah then no, I cant" with attitude. So, this girl works for tips?! Im unsure she is doing it right. This isnt the first time. I had gone by with my son a few months ago, the place was pretty busy and I understood that but the girl that walked up to the counter was so rude. I was unaware that MasterCuts was such a sought after place. Sorry, but if your dealing with my kids, you need to have the same manners I teach them.

My birthday was 3 days prior and I wanted a hair cut so I walked in and scheduled a appointment. I then came back and one of the two ladies working asked what I would like and I said long on top and short on the sides. She then proceeded to not listen and cut my whole head with a two and now I dont like my decision to go to master cuts in Swansea and just spent $20 on something I dont want. Thank you master cuts Swansea MA
