I color my hair black and they did my roots dark brown so now I have a line of two different colors in my hair I also asked the senior stylist if she felt comfortable doing an "undercut" style I told her if she did not think she could do it it was no problem since most stylists in salons mainly do basic womens cuts she said "no no I can do that for you" she shaved way too far up my head and the shape of it is all wrong... In the end I had to go to a barber to have him fix it...
