I made the sad mistake of "box dying" my hair today. To say it looked awful is an understatement! I called the salon to see if they would do corrective color and even though they were booked they told me I could come in and they could help. I showed up and they happily greeted me and made me 100% comfortable the entire time. The best part of it all is not only did they fix my mess of a head but they made me look and feel like a million bucks!!! Thank you so much Amy & Sarah!!! You made this mama feel beautiful!!!

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at Regis. My appointment was for 2:15. I didnt get seen until 3:00. I got a cut and color. When they were dying my hair they didnt pay attention to where the hair dye was going. So it dyed the whole back of my jacket brown. Not to mention they only gave me a $7 discount for the damage of my jacket. Super inconsiderate. I will never go back there again.

ChristinaL.. Was very nice and took the time to listen to me and gave me the best cut ever I will definitely be going back to her only though the rest of the hairstylists had bad haircuts .she has beautiful hair so hair is important to her. Also I have already had a bad haircut from 2 of the hairstylists that I seen on my visit last weekend

Wont go here ever again .... and im a guy and they couldnt even blend my hair right looks like a have a mushroom and while i was getting my haircut all the girl kept complaining about how she was so tired and didnt want to do anymore haircuts!! who says that to a customer ..... clearly she must of barley passed beauty school yikessss
