I have to rate it a 1 because you cant rate it a 0. Being new to the area, I just wanted to cut my hair short with some layers. I didnt notice how bad my cut was while I was there because the girl had put so much product in to wave my hair and hide it. The next day I saw how bad it was. It looked like I had gone through a wood chipper. When I went to an actual salon to get it fixed, the owner said it was the worst she had ever seen and couldnt believe someone out there was cutting hair like this, with a license. Do not go here.

I really enjoyed going to Great Clips in Epping. I went during an off time and didnt feel rushed at all. Treated extremely nice and the staff member had a many years of experience. For people who complain about getting a haircut, in my experience its often a result of vague language and inability to look up pictures on their phone.

Unwelcoming at walk in, brought my children the staff had no interaction with them. During the time we were there we expierenced another hair dresser cut a a little ( prob 3 yrs old ) boys neck with the razor. Such a bad expierence and will never be back to a great clips again.

I went to another place in town 5 minutes before closing and they didnt seem real happy so I came to Great Clips. The price here was better and I received the best hair cut Ive had in a long time. The shop was clean and welcoming. They have earned a new customer!

I have never been so disgusted with my hair cut. And Ive gone through basic training. The woman didnt listen to anything I said. It looks awful and Im extremely dissappointed.
