Steve H was the plumber who arrived here today from Roto-Rooter and he could not have been more helpful. He arrived very quickly and he was Extremely professional and friendly. We started out needing to snake the main drain and ended up finding out we were in much worse shape than we thought. It wasnt good news but Steve really went out of this way to figure it out and his experience was superb. He did a fantastic job and we were really impressed with his work ethic. Roto Rooter service was prompt and effecient in Waltham, MA. The plumber arrived promptly at the time expected and got right to work. Our plumber was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and how we should proceed to keep everything working properly. The problem was snaked and we were back in working order very quickly. Thank goodness for the amazing people who are able to do this job effectively.

They replaced my hot water tank, it was very cold outside and the guy stayed until the job was done (after 9pm). I am very happy with his work ethic and willing to work late to get me hot water the night before Thanksgiving!
